3/15/19 Brittany Mosley, Jacqueline Bailey and Elbe are three of the Robert Half Team I had constant contact with during my time with them. During a time of unpleasantness with hotel that shall remain nameless, the helped get my feet back on the ground. I simply applied online heard back from them much quicker than the other temp job places I applied to. The video interviewed didn't seem to work, so it was done in person. I met with Brittany Mosley and the interview was nothing but positive. When I was asked about Administration and Secretarial jobs, I said yes. It was something I had some experience with, but never did as a career...unless you count front desk operator at...dare I say it?...Marriott Courtyard. It did not take long to get job offer and evidently I did a fantastic job at it. Robert Half had had trouble filling the hole at the jobsite I was sent to. Since it is a temp job, I knew it could be a day, to a week or longer. There many things I liked as about Robert Half. The pay I found was fair. I had specifically said I want pay at 11 starting range. If the price fell below this line, they would call and ask me if I was interested in making extra money with whatever job they had. I love the jobs that I was offered were weekly paying jobs. They knew this is what I prefer and did so. If there are bi-weekly paying jobs, I never had any. Nevertheless, getting paid weekly is a big help. Another good thing about Robert Half is that there are no finders fees or deductions from your paycheck for the jobs our employers find for us. All of this is the positive side. As you know, there is always a negative to anything that is positive. My only problem is with Jacqueline Bailey and Brittany Mosley. When I called to let them know I found a new job and needed to place my work status on hold for a while, they never responded back to me. I called them 2 times each and never heard back from them. I even showed up in person only be told she wasn't there when i know the receptionist was lying. Because of these actions this place which could have been a five star gets 3 stars. I spend more than a year with this team and to handle things they way you did is fucked up. read more

Extremely rude and unprofessional recruiters, especially Brittany and Ella who fail to respond to calls and emails. The salaries they offer on the temp side are ridiculously low, which is so disrespectful!! Yet, they'll sugarcoat and say it'll somehow turn into a $60k salary on the perm side. Hear me out, most clients will keep temps TEMPORARY for as long as possible due to them getting cheap labor so guess what, that $13 per hour temp position you are bound to be stuck at that for a long period of time with NO guarantee to be going permanent. Do NOT believe their lies and semantics!!! This office must be reported to Robert Half Corporate for their rather significant lack of professionalism. I have been signed up with Robert Half International a.k.a Office Team since 2009 (working with them on and off throughout the years) and I have NEVER worked with anyone like Britney Moseley. Prior to speaking to Ms. Moseley for the first time on a Thursday this past August I had been corresponding with Lauren (from the Alexandria office) who will contact you excessively until she reaches you but is never available the ONE time you contact her, nor is she good at returning messages. Anyway, I reached out to Ms. Moseley and explained to her that I was looking for a long term Administrative assignment that would start that Monday. She told me via email when she found an assignment that would be suitable. Within less than 20 minutes I received an email from Ms. Moseley outlining the job description (i.e. company, position, pay, location, etc). I told her I would like to be submitted for the position and within an hour she told me the client asked If I could start the following day (Friday) I told her I couldn't start until Monday and I did. Within 3 weeks of being at the assignment I was offered a permanent full time position with full benefits. Ms. Moseley has exceeded my expectations! She is professional, sincere, straight forward, responded to all request in a timely fashion and has shown that she truly cares about the well being of Robert Half's Temporary employees. She is truly Office Team's Jem! She is the type of staffing manager every Temp employee dreams of. It has truly been a pleasure working with her and again, I Thank her so much for all that she has done! Again, I can HONESTLY and WHOLEHEARTEDLY say that I have NEVER worked with ANYONE Office Team that has shown that much dedication, concern, and most importantly RESPECT & HONESTY for what I was seeking! I love Robert Half. They interviewed me right away. They had me working temp jobs everyday. They found me a long term temp assignment, and when I asked them for a raise, they asked the employer to hire me, and they negotiated my salary. Teryn Pelligrin is stellar at communicating. Any time I needed her or had an issue on a job assignment, She addressed it. She advocated for me and was a mentor for me. I highly recommend Robert Half. read more

I had previously gone through Accountemps in Tysons twice before and both times I did well enough that I was extended full time positions in both situations. For over a year now I have been trying to find a position closer to my home and decided I would try to use this same agency again. Mistake. I have talked to so many recruiters over there and explained what I am looking for / pay range and, each time I talk to a new recruiter, I have to re-explain everything to them. This then leads to NOTHING as I have had ZERO job interviews with them. All that happens is I get in contact with a recruiter who tells me I am a great fit for a job, then I never hear anything back, only to have a different recruiter contact me a week or two later asking me the same questions over again. I have watched as many jobs pop up on their website only to never hear a thing about those. Things came to a head a few weeks back as I had had enough. I asked one of the managers, Kyle, and one of the recruiters to remove me from their database. Within two weeks I was getting contacted again by yet another recruiter! I tagged this recruiter, Jason, along with Kyle in another email asking them to remove me from their database and to get me in contact with a higher up if need be to make this happen. Jason, unwittingly, sent a disparaging email about me back to me..he meant to send it to Kyle but screwed up. So, in short, this place is unprofessional and I would avoid it at all costs at this point. A shame too, I did good work for them in the past. read more

I haven't lived in the DC area for years and I got unsolicited emails from them concerning positions that are not in my industry or experience level. It also grinds my gears when emails like the one they sent use all caps and multiple exclamation points in the subject line. Not a fan. read more

I've had somewhat of a great experience with RobertHalf and OfficeTeam at this location. When I first applied and interviewed they offered me a few temporary to hire positions but I declined because they just weren't the ideal companies I wanted to work for. After several months I reached back out and spoke with Irene and Brittany and they were able to find something for me. I am currently on an assignment and couldn't be more grateful for the opportunity. Brittany Moseley is the best recruiter I have ever worked with. She's very pleasant to communicate with and one can tell she really enjoys her job. Keep up the good work. read more

UPDATE: So let me start off by saying I did not post my review for any action to be taken or for an apology. It was merely to express how I felt and to help others. With that being said, I was contacted by the Regional Manager in DC yesterday to discuss my situation in further detail. This did not help matters at all. My opinion is my opinion and I am entitled to it. No one can tell me how I felt especially if they are not in my shoes. Making excuses or assumptions is not a good way of diffusing a situation nor is chuckling on the phone. It shows a lack of empathy, professionalism and general concern for potential employees. This was my first time going to an employment agency. The recruiter did not take the time to explain the position was temp to hire. I suppose he was more interested in making his commission versus explaining the position was temp to hire When I asked him when can I start he flew off the handle and told me that all positions were temp to hire and I should go else where if I want to get hired right away. This is the second time I have gone to this agency looking for temporary work, and I feel so lucky to have access to such professional yet pleasant staffing agency. After Joe Waters, conducted a very professional phone interview with me, he set up an office interview for me in few days later and my office interview was even more pleasant. From the moment you enter this office from front desk receptions to recruiting staff to staffing managers they all make you feel so special. Meeting Brittany Moseley was the highlight of the day. She not only read my Resume but asked questioned and assessed every job experience I had through them a few years ago as well as my other work experiences; wanting to know which area or skills I preferred to pursue. I can only say, simply she brings the best out of you. I enjoyed my two job placement through McLean OfficeTeam staffing as front desk assistant at a mortgage agency in Northern Virginia and registrar help to professionals at Satellite Conference in Washington, D.C. I signed on with Office Team (Robert Half) in McLean (January 2018) because they contacted me and told me they had a full-time position. I went there, met with them, and they sent me for an interview. I did my interview, which I think went very well and then.... heard nothing. Zilch. I emailed three times, phoned once, and left a message. Heard nothing back. I have no idea what happened, and why they didn't feel I was worth talking to again. I actually signed up with four agencies, the other three were very enthusiastic about sending me on interviews and I got hired for a really good position just weeks after my job hunt started on January 2. I know I am qualified, professional, efficient. So, I do not know why they treated me so rudely. Be warned. Something is strange there. read more

Will not return my calls. They seem to only be looking for the type of people who don't really need them. People who can acquire a job on their own. It would be nice if they attempted to mold someone into a better employee, but it seems it's pass/fail. Update: I called several times to the individual who was handling my job search, left messages and sent emails, but with no reply. So after reading all of the positive reviews posted about Britney Moseley I asked for her the next time I called. Mixed signals. I interviewed at the Rockville office and they were great though I never got anything out of it. However I did receive a call from the Mclean office and got an interview. Interal, worst company ever. Constant F-bombs from manager, not towards me but every other sentence. After 2 days there I was told they were going in another direction. She wanted to speak with me about that job as well a another job that was more in my line of what I was looking for. I called her the next day, TWICE, as a matter of fact, and TWICE she was unavailable to speak with me. It's been weeks and she never returned my call. I was hesitant to go to a hiring agency at first but I'm really glad I ended up choosing to. The staffing managers and other staff are so helpful and responsive. They make sure they keep you updated and in general check up contacting through out the whole job search process and even while you're on a job. They really do want to find you something you can enjoy or as close to your desired field and area as possible. Not to mention they work very fast at finding you something which we all can admit, we want all want to get out there working and making money as fast as possible. I really do have so much thanks to give to one of the best staffing managers they have in the McLean office, Brittany Moseley! Did a great interview with them. Sent a couple of questions and jobs for recruiter to review had about 2 return e-mails then absolutely nothing. I don't even know if the person still works there. Had no job interviews in the 3 months. I had more luck through other recruiters than Robert Half. I would not waste my time with them. read more
