More recently, we had an upstairs bedroom leak that required removing both the floor and subfloor. Their team handled the repairs beautifully, installing new flooring and even adding a smart toilet. We also had them remodel our downstairs bathroom, and both projects were completed with outstanding workmanship--on time and with a high level of professionalism. Alex, the project manager, coordinated everything smoothly and kept the process stress-free. The new owner, Andy Moore, clearly continues the company's tradition of delivering excellent service and genuinely caring for local clients. We really value businesses that support and serve the community, and Family Floors & More does exactly that. Highly recommend them for any home remodeling project.

We were impressed with Flavia's knowledge and professionalism when she came to review the project for the estimate. She asked questions to understand our needs and wants. She patiently listened and answers our questions. During the installation, Flavia came out a few times to ensure everything was going well. She also helped find just the right transition pieces to work with the existing flooring outside the baths. The installation was a two day process. It went very smoothly and was handled in a way that caused the least amount of disruption for us. Our installer was skilled and did a great job not only with the tile, but with new baseboard and a new toilet installation in one of the baths. He was great to work with. Flavia came out one last time after the installation to ensure everything was good and that we were happy with the result. Pro Floors' cost estimate was in the middle of the three estimates we received. But, our choice was based more on our experience during the initial visit than anything else. We were not disappointed. We are very happy with the quality work and service we received, and definitely got our money's worth.

The quote process was efficient and painless. The installation team was courteous and conscientious. They were able to put floor balancing material and moisture barrier the same day. They worked with us on a tricky moulding situation in our kitchen that allowed us to have a seemless look throughout our home. In one day, the team was able to install all the floors and baseboards with amazing speed - moving our washer and dryer (and replacing it too!). The final product was PERFECTLY installed. The quote matched the payment and we are very satisfied with the price and end product. We highly recommend the entire team at Pro Floors.

He answered all my questions and took his time to make sure the job was completed well. In addition, he made sure my base floor boards were glued back in place and helped with closet doors I had taken off for the repair. He went above and beyond what I expected where I didn't feel like a number. I had two smaller rooms and the master carpets stretched and tacked down. The cost was average of what I was quoted by others and was a great value for the work completed. After Hugo left Spike checked in to follow up. After seeing what they had we returned and chose to go with LVP. They have a very good selection of in stock colors to choose from and the prices are great. On our return visit we worked with Jenny. In disbelief, I reiterated my [very simple] question; "Do you service the El Dorado county area?" She said she didn't know (having JUST spoken with her "manager") and that she'd have to leave a message. Unbelievable. Pro floors definitely values their customers and I would definitely give them my business again. Thanks again guys, you rock. This is honestly the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I was so excited to get new floors, I emptied my entire apartment onto my patio, they said they would be here around one. At three I began calling, A bit concerned that they were way past the window, they assured me they were coming. It wasn't until 6 o'clock at night they told me that they were not coming. I had to move all of my belongings back inside of my apartment as I cannot leave them outside on my open patio. They assured me they would come the next day with the manager, buy me some lunch and also give me a gift card for my troubles in addition to moving all of my belongings back outside for me. The manager came the next day, I do not remember his name he apologized, did not give me the gift card I was promised nor the lunch. It was raining that day so they were unable to move my stuff outside as it would get wet, but they assured me they could do the job by just moving my stuff from one side of the room to the other. They did, but did not cover anything, I spent weeks cleaning up sawdust. They also broke one of my picture frames and chipped one of my pots. Terrible experience, I am still waiting on my gift card, and to be compensated for the day of work I missed, And the hotel I had to stay in because I could not sleep in my oapartment. Do yourself a favor, and hire professionals.
