Warning: Extremely Unprofessional and Dishonest Owner Conduct…read more I am writing this review to alert the community about my experience with the owner of Cyfair Windows Cleaning. I contacted the business directly through their official phone number to resolve a matter in good faith. Unfortunately, the owner's response was rude, arrogant, and dishonest. Instead of having a professional and respectful conversation, he became hostile and even threatened to call the police over a completely polite communication. For me, honesty, integrity, and basic decency are essential for any business service provider. How someone treats people during a simple interaction reveals everything about how they run their company. Based on my direct experience, I would not feel comfortable doing business with this company or allowing them near my property. I strongly advise others to think twice before hiring them.

I used these guys this past weekend and they were great. A friend recommended them and her family…read morehas used them several times. They were much cheaper, almost 1/2 price of others. This may scare you, but they are pros. They don't have a fancy truck with their logo all over it, but they send 3 guys and they get to work. They used dollies for boxes and furniture dollies for heavy furniture. I had everything packed up, but there were some items they still wrapped themselves in blankets and the saran wrap stuff. They strapped stuff into the truck and packed it tight. The only negative, we moved across town and they took about 30 minutes longer than I did to get to the new house. They charge that as hourly billing time, but I can't complain. They really were that much cheaper. All in all, great guys who worked hard and fast and I would definitely use them again.

Had my rear drivers side window smashed in on a Thursday afternoon. I called Advance Auto Glass…read moreand the manager, Vincent, told me he could see me first thing in the morning. The next morning I brought the car in and, what do you know, my base model 2017 Equinox had some rare type of window that can't be found anywhere (just my luck). However, Vincent brought me into his office and spent 30 minutes calling all of his suppliers seeing if anybody had the window (and if it wasn't local, who could get it there the fastest). He did not need to go above and beyond like he did, but his guidance was greatly appreciated. Although I did not get my window replaced at the dealership this time, I will definitely be going back for future issues.

Advice: don't get a carwash after you get a chip. A small chip will grow by at least a foot. The price he charged me was fair and it took a little more than an hour. He gave me two options for glass and I picked the cheaper one. He told me they are both more or less the same and made by the same companies. I paid $220 which was far less than the other quotes I got. He told me to not get a car wash for at least 24 hrs or any other pressure washing. Glad I got it fixed b/c that crack was seriously screwing up my view.
