Also, one big thing is that they came in and slammed it in one day with a crew of at least 11 people. Each person on the crew was definitely carrying their weight during the job. When getting quotes always ask how many people is the crew made up of. Some contractors will only come with a crew of 2 or 3 which will take them 1-1/2 to 2 weeks to complete depending on your size roof. The owner, Alejandro, gave me a detailed bid, more specific than I've seen from most gutter and landscape companies. It was a fair price - a little more than expected but within range, and it turned out to be very worth it. The gutters were full of silt/decomposed leaves and it was a hard job to get them entirely clean. The crew were knowledgeable, highly competent, and responsive to everything I said or wanted. We had them come to clean out our very full gutters on our 2-story house, and they did a fantastic job - used ladders with stabilizers to protect our gutters while working on the roof, blew out our gutters, cleaned up all of the debris, and then hauled all the trash away afterwards. Arturo also pointed out a stain on the stucco on the side of our house from a leak from our A/C unit that we weren't planning on cleaning, which he then cleaned for us at no additional cost! Overall the team was very professional and responsive, the price was reasonable, and we're very happy with the results.
