Warning: Extremely Unprofessional and Dishonest Owner Conduct…read more I am writing this review to alert the community about my experience with the owner of Cyfair Windows Cleaning. I contacted the business directly through their official phone number to resolve a matter in good faith. Unfortunately, the owner's response was rude, arrogant, and dishonest. Instead of having a professional and respectful conversation, he became hostile and even threatened to call the police over a completely polite communication. For me, honesty, integrity, and basic decency are essential for any business service provider. How someone treats people during a simple interaction reveals everything about how they run their company. Based on my direct experience, I would not feel comfortable doing business with this company or allowing them near my property. I strongly advise others to think twice before hiring them.

Constantly Lied, Cut up my wood Flooring with razor blades. Did a terrible job. DO NOT HIRE…read more Hired this company to install drywall, insulate, and paint inside my home during a renovation. Installers continually lied to me about insulation. Saying they added insulation while I wasn't watching but when I would verify no insulation was installed. After catching them multiple times trying to get away without insulating they decided to cut the insulated with razor knives on top of my wood flooring. Leaving deep cuts inside my flooring in the living room. They also have huge gaps between panels and missed studs with screws everywhere. No chance of the tape and float going together properly. All of the boxes of cut out well oversized and their response was to buy jumbo wall plates to cover their mistakes. They will ruin your home do not allow them to work on it.

They work hard, take direction quite well, and clean up after themselves. Teri, the Office Manager, is also quick to respond and communicate. We have worked with Yard masters for a few years now, but after the snowpocalpyse killed everything we needed a complete redo of our landscaping. We told Randy what we were looking for and, boy did he deliver! Our new design looks fantastic! His crews worked for two days by removing all the dead trees, bushes, plants, etc and planting all new beautiful palm trees and tropical plants. We highly recommend them!!

I used them for a couple of years for my lawn service. The actual yard crew, in my opinion, did an…read moreOK job, but could edge a little better. My yard is relatively easy and small though. (I've since moved to a different lawn service provider, who charges only $20, doesn't inundate me with billing emails and shows up on schedule without fail.) My 2-star rating is based on their office staff and billing techniques. I have been billed several times for service when no one actually showed up to mow on my scheduled day. (I have security cameras and confirmed each time I received my bill when I knew I should've only been charged for 1 day as opposed to 2 because the crew didn't show up on whatever day as scheduled.) Additionally, the office staff sends via email an invoice AND a monthly statement at the end of the month, but not on the same day. This is overkill and ends up becoming a nuisance when both the invoice and billing statement includes the option to pay on both the invoice and monthly statement and contain duplicate information. It would be better suited for customers to send only the detailed billing statement at the end of the month to keep it simple.

I was my own referral with Luxe as I used them with my patio and pergola in 2019 which I adored…read more Loved the experience so much I referred to SEVERAL friends and associates who actual used them. Upon deciding to do a pool, I went with what I knew and also referred them to my sister and her husband who wanted to get an outdoor kitchen and patio extension. Well it started off well and we met with our designated "Project Manager" Christie. Long story short, project management was sub par at best. We had to constantly reach out for updates, she seldom put boots on the ground or put eyes on subcontractor work. We had several things that were missing, incomplete or wrong that we had to bring to her attention. Texts would go unanswered and calls sent to voicemail as an avoidance tactic. So many unprofessional instances related to customer service inquiries. I'm so sad to report my sister experienced the same thing. There was never a final walkthrough or handshake, nothing. The plaster subcontractor covered my requested umbrella hole. Had the PM been on her game she would have caught that. Was never offered any compensation at all. They were very efficient about sending invoices which we paid within sometimes minutes of receiving. The quality and timeframe of project completion I can't complain about but when you are investing over $90k in something you expect an experience from start to finish. Cypress area residents: seek out other contractors and be sure to read reviews on their PM capabilities. I had high hopes for John but I'm just another client in their review mirror. I love my community hence why I'm sharing.
