Great staff, the actual build needs some work. Noticed some broken equipment and it was slightly dirty but overall it's a good experience. Please go through the place and fix whatever is broken, if you do a basic walk through you'll know exactly what I mean. Thanks!!

Review #975 2026-041…read more Host/Sky Zone Team Member: Grace My son was invited to his Cantonese school classmates' birthday party at Sky Zone Trampoline Park in Westminster Mall on the 2nd level; their 3 birthdays were within weeks of one another (turning 6, 8, 11) so dad decided to celebrate together. It seems like a dead mall with many departed tenants, yet parking wasn't an available as one might think, though we were nearby the closest entrance to the trampoline park. Core attractions include: Battle Beam, Foam Zone, Freestyle Jump, SkyHoops, SkyJoust, SkySlam, Ultimate Dodgeball, Warped Wall, Warrior Course, Zip Line, Toddler Zone; Sky Zone offers trampoline activities from toddlers to adults. Once inside, we completed & signed the waivers at the kiosks, & received their Sky Zone socks. Guests are required to wear their Sky Zone socks, which are provided as part of the entrance fee, in order to play/jump in the park. I don't recall if Westminster follows the Gardena location (refer to Review #478) re: "sky time" reminder stickers & didn't see it on my kids. With the long open hours & large space (though it's feels smaller & definitely more cramped than Gardena), I highly doubt this park gets cleaned/sanitized even though it's been a couple of years since the pandemic lockdown. The OCD in me starts to nitpick areas of stickiness... stairwell railing, foam pit (this raise my hackles the most... I had to pull my son out of the joust pit & felt "moist" foam block... aaugh!!), arcade controllers, joust sticks, etc. This facility also has an unusual musky odor that permeate throughout the facility. \(`0´)/ The ladies restrooms were clean & stocked, though the floors were wet so my socks got wet as I tried to step around the puddles. The kids played an hour before we rallied them back to the party room for pizza, chips, & drinks, followed by birthday cake. Grace was a pretty good host, though not as bubbly as I would have liked; this is a kids birthday party & I feel our host should be perky & friendly in a way that draws you in. She did her job, was nice to all, made sure everyone was served, & helped the family pack up the gifts & leftover food, checking all the boxes; not much of an entertainer host but got the job done right. Assuming most parties are 2-hours & our party room didn't have a booking after us, we stayed a few minutes past the hour & no staff enforced our party's sky time. The kids had fun running around, & the park provided plenty of active entertainment! Free arcade games were dotted around with the newer ones with a wait, particularly the driving ones. A few random machines had controller/joystick issues with a couple dark screens. We were here for a birthday & it's not conducive for team play since there's multiple parties as well as open play, more for individual/paired fun... the only time the kids were together was in the party room otherwise they were in pairs or their little groups. I noticed some older guests that weren't mindful of the younger set in shared spaces, which is concerning for their safety, particularly in the open Freestyle Jump area. Both my kids are old enough that I don't have to be tethered to them, though I infrequently checked in to make sure they're ok & to remind them to be watchful of toddlers/younger kids. Left of the entrance is their food court/concession stand that offers a variety of snacks & refreshments: hot foods (most expensive item is whole specialty pizza for $32), snacks, drinks & Icees with a combos menu that offers some savings; it's pretty pricey for the quantity & quality, particularly for a whole pizza, bottled drinks, & Icees. If you're tired, there's some massaging chairs in front of concession that takes cash. Staff service varies from friendly to indifferent or preoccupied. The mall is closed due to redevelopment & will be demoed for a mixed-use community, hence Sky Zone Trampoline Park is forced to close.

It has really fun and playful things to do inside Get Air Trampoline Park in Huntington Beach,…read morewhere I visited with someone. The place feels lively and exciting in a way that teenagers would enjoy a lot, especially because I saw so many teenagers jumping around, laughing, and trying different activities. The big trampoline areas and foam pits didn't cost anything extra, and by my surprise, the different sections looked even bigger and more colorful once I walked around inside, which makes them perfect for teenagers who love being active and taking fun pictures. It is a new place to me, but I didn't realize how much there was to enjoy there until I explored the different jumping areas and watched teenagers flipping into the foam pits and playing dodgeball. I really appreciated how easy it was to have fun there without feeling rushed. I never doubted that the experience was going to turn out the way I hoped it would. I only visited Get Air Huntington Beach one time in my life before I made this review. It was one of the most enjoyable and energetic places I've been to in a long time, and I would highly recommend that even teenagers go there because it gives them a place to have fun, be active, take pictures, and feel creative.

I was here this past Saturday for my niece's birthday party, and honestly, for almost $500, I…read moreexpected at least some level of organization. Instead, the entire check-in process felt like utter chaos. The front area has no clear direction of where a line even begins, so families for parties end up mixed with general jumpers. Rather than having a party host check in our whole group (like literally every other kids' venue does), they insisted each family stand in a long, winding line with everyone else. My sister had already checked in and gotten socks, and when she waved me over to the party area, a woman with dark hair and glasses practically yelled at me that "all adults, even non-jumpers, need to check in." I explained we were with a party, and asked if the adults listed on the waivers weren't already checked in. She just repeated, "Ma'am, everyone needs to check in," without actually offering any help or clarity. So I went back to the desk and asked the guy who checked in my sister, only to find out he hadn't checked off ANY of the adults--just the kids. I then had to give them each families name in our group to make sure they were properly checked in. I understand the process but you just spent 20 minutes checking in my sister for this party and handing over the socks for the jumpers. Why wouldn't this be done at the party check in point? For the price of these parties, there should be a dedicated host who is friendly, organized, and actually managing the process. The employees seemed overwhelmed--yes, it was raining and busy, but that shouldn't ruin the experience for guests who booked an event. Our "party room" was literally an open room right behind the check-in area, with people constantly walking in and out. No privacy, no sense of a special space for the kids. There's even an ice cream vending machine in there, and it's right next to the entrance to the trampoline area, so random kids are wandering by constantly. We couldn't leave any personal items without worrying. Also--no staff watching the jump area. None. It gets wild fast, and at one point kids were bullying a child with special needs, which upset several of the kids in our group. Completely unacceptable. Being chastised by an employee when the company itself has no functioning process is ridiculous. Train your front desk staff, hire more floor staff, and streamline check-in for parties. Families spending this kind of money deserve a smooth, safe, and welcoming experience--not stress, confusion, and zero oversight. I would not book another party here or even come to have my kids blow off some energy.

We hosted our daughter's 5th birthday party here too. Coach Felton is an awesome fighter and teacher. He has a gentle, and patient, heart for kids. Your child will learn about fundamentals, body mechanics, respect, healthy self challenge (kinesthetic learning, progressive higher jumps, balance beams, etc.), and have a fun time! Coach Madison, Josh, Mike, and the whole squad are awesome too. They create a nice community for the kiddos and adults. The music selection is kid friendly too - you might find yourself bobbing your head or dancing like me. Haha. There's also a martial arts and adult training here too! Lastly, they take Charter funds! Keep up the great work! Albert

I got impressed with the staff girls they help a lot to the kids with kindness. My kid is afraid to do some exercises but Mr Felton is wise because he reinvent what he can do to replace the exercise and make him feel good. At the end he provides hand sanitizer to everyone and a sticker so they can feel appreciated The second time an hour later was the turn for my granddaughter and new staff was there to support them. Only one from previous class was there I was glad because she is a sweetheart and help my kid and later my granddaughter, the teacher is so strong, energetic and using skills at the kids level. At the end he was preparing another class, if you want a great place and loving people working with your kids, this is the place, 5 stars definitely because of Mr Felton dedication and passion for his legacy.
