PROS: - The place is huge, physically and metaphorically. Although there may be a lot of other customers on the premises, once you lock into your climb, it's just you and the wall. (And of course, your belay who has got your rope and back.) Plus, there are so many different rock climbing levels to choose from, that you'll never ever get bored. - There this coach there named Mason. He's an ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT TEACHER. I watched him train my buddy for his Belay certification, and the dude was energetic, positive and totally professional. NOTE TO MANAGEMENT: Give Mason a raise !!! - There is an area in the corner with pull-up bars and weights, so if you need to build up your arm back strength, they've got you covered. There's also a cool coffee machine near the front desk, so if you need a caffeine rush, they've got you covered. - Really nice atmosphere. People from all demographic backgrounds having a really good time. CONS: - Lots of customers with cars, so parking can get crowded. But this is SoCal, what else is new. Cathy is very good with explaining muscle movement so you can have a clear knowledge about how to manipulate your muscle and make your limbs and abs work together! Rie Rie is an unicorn in real life. she is a ballerina and when she is on silks her body language is pure elegant and smooth. I love her so much!! I enjoy every seconds I spend in this studio. This is a great place to learn and to be yourself! And all their staffs are talented and amazing! However with 3 months unlimited membership you can only take 2 classes per day so I haven't try all classes yet and sadly I am moving to somewhere far so I won't be able to come here regularly. I loved…read moregoing to aerial classes prior to the pandemic butt many of my favorite spots went out of business. I was so excited I purchased their New Client Special that wasa 5 Pack of classes for $99. It was only valid for a month. I reserved the Aerial Silks class on a Tuesday evening. Per the usual new studio first visits, arrive a little early to sign their waiver. I arrived about 15 minutes early and there was no staff at the front. There was a bunch of unfilled and filled waivers. Red flags leaving their customer's private personal data laying around like that. I filled out a form but kept it with me until I can hand it to staff. It was a mess of girls rushing out from the prior class and girls rushing in for the next class. Total chaos. I put my things away in a cubby and stood around until some authority person came along. I prefer the studios where you get your own silk, but at this studio they will have you share silks with other students. They divided us into a group of beginners, and another side for the intermediate and advanced students. We started off with stretches. They are super elegant and stretched with grace here. Good form. Then when we began, the instructor would give us a few steps at a time to work on, then we would piece multiple steps together. When I asked the instructor if she can help me take photos she was too busy and told me to ask another student. I paid the studio, not random students who are strangers to me. It might have been fun with a friend but I did not enjoy going alone. Especially when there's stranger armpit sweat on the fabric. Not enjoyable at all. I actually walked out before the end of class cause I was so over it. I considered coming back to another class to use the sessions I pay for. However their class times are limited. Maybe only 2-3 classes after work, but some of those classes are advanced classes or classes I don't have an interest in. While deciding on my rating for this place... a 3 didn't seem like a good fit cause a 3 is average. If it was average I would have at least came back to use the classes I paid for. As someone who goes to a fitness studio for work outs 3-4 days a week, I literally just abandoned the package I paid for and went to another studio where I enjoyed my work outs. To each their own. This place provides niche classes not every studio offers. However the classes are limited and I don't enjoy sharing space with strangers.

The pool is useless if you are serious swimmer. Frequently 90°, I'm overheating after 300 yards. This pool is for geriatrics and kids. Also for their pool parties but not for real swimmers. Workout area is great, lots of racks. I hate the lighting though. The ceiling is covered in outdoor parking lights. I don't think it bothers anyone else but it's offensive to me. I wish there were designated stretching areas but you can stretch in front of your rack if that's where you are working out otherwise you just have to find a space. The locker room is bad, too crowded. Not enough lockers. Not enough toilets. The sauna - horrible. It only holds 8 people at a time, the steam room is even worse 5, if that. The showers are decent, plenty of room to do what you need to do. I've only done cycle classes, they are basically HITT workouts high RPM, High heart rate, but only 45 minutes. There as a recovery area where there are massage chairs, Normatec goodies for use and hyperice massage guns....and vibration plates. Very nice! Is it worth it. I'm still a member so yes, but it could improve.

When I answered, the hiring manager(I assume, she didn't bother introducing herself) conducted a phone screening but came across as impatient and condescending throughout the conversation. Many of my answers were met with responses such as "umm, okay," which made the interaction feel dismissive and unprofessional. I understand that recruiters are often busy and screening many candidates, but first impressions matter. Regardless of whether someone is hired, applicants deserve to be treated with professionalism and respect.
