This place looked like it was for little kids, so I decided to bring my son in. They had me confused with someone else but let him try anyway. Within the first 10 minutes they had him jumping over some boxes without any direction. He ended up falling and hitting his leg on one of the obstacles. The coach wasn't looking when he fell, but somehow told him that he's fine and should keep going. He cried a little but finished the class. I saw his leg later with a massive bruise. Definitely not going back.

My kids were trained by the Felton coaches for two years. They love the parkour and martial art classes. The coaches are amazing! Simply the best. Very patient with kids, always give them personal attention. I can see my kids improve and build confidence. The Felton coaches just opened their Dojo in this new location. The space is bigger, and has many cool amenities. Felton Ninja Academy offers classes for homeschool families as well. They also have classes for adults, too!

Coach Felton is absolutely amazing!!! I have taken private classes with him and some with my kids. As a family event :-) He is very patient and breaks things down so you can learn easily. I started running Spartan races and asked him about private lessons. The best decision ever. I learned so much in a very short period of time. When I first started I could barely get accross one ring, after 8 months, I could go accross 5. He truly knows how to optimize time in training. My kids love his classes as well.

I loved…read moregoing to aerial classes prior to the pandemic butt many of my favorite spots went out of business. I was so excited I purchased their New Client Special that wasa 5 Pack of classes for $99. It was only valid for a month. I reserved the Aerial Silks class on a Tuesday evening. Per the usual new studio first visits, arrive a little early to sign their waiver. I arrived about 15 minutes early and there was no staff at the front. There was a bunch of unfilled and filled waivers. Red flags leaving their customer's private personal data laying around like that. I filled out a form but kept it with me until I can hand it to staff. It was a mess of girls rushing out from the prior class and girls rushing in for the next class. Total chaos. I put my things away in a cubby and stood around until some authority person came along. I prefer the studios where you get your own silk, but at this studio they will have you share silks with other students. They divided us into a group of beginners, and another side for the intermediate and advanced students. We started off with stretches. They are super elegant and stretched with grace here. Good form. Then when we began, the instructor would give us a few steps at a time to work on, then we would piece multiple steps together. When I asked the instructor if she can help me take photos she was too busy and told me to ask another student. I paid the studio, not random students who are strangers to me. It might have been fun with a friend but I did not enjoy going alone. Especially when there's stranger armpit sweat on the fabric. Not enjoyable at all. I actually walked out before the end of class cause I was so over it. I considered coming back to another class to use the sessions I pay for. However their class times are limited. Maybe only 2-3 classes after work, but some of those classes are advanced classes or classes I don't have an interest in. While deciding on my rating for this place... a 3 didn't seem like a good fit cause a 3 is average. If it was average I would have at least came back to use the classes I paid for. As someone who goes to a fitness studio for work outs 3-4 days a week, I literally just abandoned the package I paid for and went to another studio where I enjoyed my work outs. To each their own. This place provides niche classes not every studio offers. However the classes are limited and I don't enjoy sharing space with strangers.

If people are sweating, you should have water readily available IMO. Aside from these basic necessities, the studio is gorgeous. The poles are tall and all the ones I've tried have decent spin and seem fairly new. There's instructors here seems kind and I like that there are advanced beginner classes so you can level up from beginner before intermediate/advanced. I only wish they were a little less expensive but I like that they offer deals for new students. Hope to keep coming back here to continue my pole journey.

I felt pretty nervous going into my first class knowing that I have sciatica & felt pretty discouraged with other yoga classes in the past triggering more back pain. She listened to my concerns and guided me through my first class right next to me, telling me helpful tips throughout class. Jaeda, one of the instructors, was so helpful and kind in helping me set up my account & booking my first 7-day pass. Kathy and Michelle also really nice & helped me through my first week of class! It just seems like such a cute studio that has a great community of positive people who want to build you up wherever you are in your fitness journey. I am giving this rating for professionalism, cleanliness, and quality instruction!…read more The studio does a great job of communicating what to expect, what to wear, and even where to park. Instructions and demos were fantastic and it was very helpful. They even took photos and sent them to us - super high quality effort and care here! Some things to note: I took the free intro class and I appreciate their desire to get aerial yoga to a wider population but it was a bit salesy. There was probably 5 minutes of class scheduled and styles before class started and then ended with maybe 5 minutes of promotions. They weren't pushy but it was a good chunk of time. Here's the biggest takeaway - Aerial yoga is NOT for you if you get nauseous or sea sick easily. I got a bit uncomfortable but was able to push through. My partner had to respectfully leave as the first Savasana in the silk dangling there already made him sick - and left him sick for 2 hours after. It's not the studio's fault - but just a note to everyone. Secondly - you do have to have some mobility already for this. It's tough flipping from your back to your stomach inside the silk - it's tough to pull your own weight up and down to leverage yourself. So if you have little strength or mobility - this should not be your method to go get it. There's plenty of other yoga and Pilates (not on silk and in the air) classes that i haven't tried so this is just a review for the intro class. In short - awesome care and service - super clean and cool but just know it's not for everyone!

The studio was easy to locate, and there was a decent amount of parking in the back. Studio is a short skip and jump (no street crossing, just exit and enter) The class was extremely fun! I'm afraid of heights and was a bit nervous going in, but the hammocks were just right (and Taylor made sure if we needed adjustments that we felt comfortable asking). Instruction was CLEAR. And Taylor made sure to always tell us how to get down, before we even got up (which made me feel even better that I knew I wouldn't be trapped upside down) I will say I got nauseous on my own accord (I hung out inverted to long haha) and am sensitive to motion sickness. I probably coulda taken some motion sickness before inverting, BUT they did a great job of stabilizing if you needed it so you don't swing! They also never forced you to try something you weren't comfortable with. Definitely a great place to try out!!! They are incredible!

I arrived 20 min prior to class. No one was sitting at the reception desk but there was a guy eating and listening to loud music at the table. It was still early so I patiently waited. In between his awful music selection and yelling at his phone in Chinese, I could hear calm yoga studio music that gets quickly interrupted by more of his music or his loud slurping and chewing of his noodles. 6:30pm arrives and still no instructor... The man is yelling at his phone again then tells me via google translate - no class today. What the heck??? I like how their cancellation policy would make me pay $28 for a late cancel or $31 for a no show but it's okay if they do it. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!!!!!!!!!!! I booked this yoga class to relax and instead I had to deal with this frustration. The total opposite effect. If you see the pink schedule I don't even need to read Chinese to see there was suppose to be a Thursday evening class at 18:30-19:30 on the last row of the calendar. I don't recommend coming here. Everything was in Chinese writing. Even if the instructor showed up I'm not sure the instructions would have been in English. They could warn people in the class details if this was taught in Chinese only. I VALU my time too much to come back.

The space is warm, welcoming & has a unique personal style, which puts me at ease. This place was recommended by a friend and I was both excited and nervous at first because I had very little ariel experience prior. I'd attended 1 pole class and 1 silks class at other studios, but never Lyra, hammock, or showed up consistently to classes. As a person in a larger body with stronger legs than arms, I'm always nervous about doing aerial exercise and going to group classes in general. Yes, of course I know there are a lot of thicc aerial baddies, but the worries were still there for me. I found this to be a very inclusive space! While I've seen a wide range of skill level- from very beginner to professionals, there is always a feeling of nonjudgment and meeting people were there at here. It feels like everyone is encouraged to show up as themselves. I felt comfortable not knowing and making mistakes. Because of that I was able to relax , let go, and have fun! This is a place that you can really play as an adult!!! They offer a wide range of classes, events, and also types of aerial rigs. They also offer sensory hour, open studio and different options to accommodate a variety of needs, which I love! This experience feels like it unlocked my inner child on the monkey bars and I've been back several times since!! What's unique about this place is the various workshops offered, the varieties of apparatus, and most importantly, the overall vibe and accessibility!! I would strongly recommend this place due to the amazing vibes, variety of rigs and classes, and inclusivity!! I would 10 out of 10 recommend this studio both beginners and advanced aeealosts- there's something here for everyone. If you're considering it, just go. This place is amazing! You won't regret it!!
