I was learning new rules every game. Some of the rules are complicated for sure. We were on the Wednesday league. Most of the regular season games were washed out due to rain almost every Wednesday (unbelievable). They made up some of our games in the end with double headers. They have nice refs each game. Great sportsmanship from almost all the players. We knew we would be getting rings for winning the championship. However, after we won the finals, there was no ring and no email for two weeks. We spoke with players from the advanced league and they informed us that the league operators must have forgotten as they give out the rings immediately after the conclusion of the finals. I reached to their help desk team and sent them our finals report. We received a response with the instructions on how to get our rings and champs t shirt. Rings are awesome. Fits my middle finger and it's nice and heavy. Absolutely worth it. I wish they had given it to us on the finals day as we could have had a nice team picture.

The basketball court was completely removed, which I was highly looking forward to using after getting my membership. Turns out it was replaced with a pickleball court. The thing that bothers me is the fact that half of the basketball court area was already a pickleball court, and they probably only replaced everything to make more money off pickleball lessons and stuff. 2. Things haven't been changing in a positive way. Like I said before, the basketball court was removed purely as an extension of the already existing pickleball court. Also, some of the gym equipment is pretty outdated and not getting fixed. Furthermore, the staff really don't care about members and just completely listen to the people who are ruining the experience for others, and getting people kicked out of a spot they were already in. The staff also tend to listen to the older person without understanding whats really going on. 3. Most of the Life Time membership is really just giving you access to more purchases instead of owning up to their slogan, "Healthier way of life." The whole Life Time experience really just seems to be a cash grab instead of what it promises.

One of their representatives, Daisy, was especially rude and disrespectful when I tried to ask simple questions. Instead of helping, she seemed annoyed and dismissive the entire time. On top of that, their website is extremely unhelpful and rarely has up-to-date information. It makes it frustrating to try to find accurate details about schedules, amenities, or programs. The condition of the facility itself is also very disappointing for a place that promotes itself as a premium sports complex. The pool house is constantly messy and poorly maintained, and the gyms are in some of the worst condition I've seen at a facility like this. Equipment and areas often look neglected, which really makes you question how well the place is being managed. Overall, between the poor customer service, lack of reliable information on their website, and the condition of the facilities, I wouldn't recommend the Spring Flagship location. There are much better-run gyms and sports facilities in the area.

I've been to Level 99, so it's comparable where there's multiple rooms and activities and you work together to finish the game. Here, you can do competitive games against your group, which makes things more interesting. Theres about 10-15 rooms and each room has different activities to choose from and levels. Unlike Level99, the directions here make sense when you get the hints. As soon as these doors open, within seconds, we were sprinting between glowing rooms trying to beat puzzles, dodge lasers, and slap light panels like our lives depended on it. The concept is basically part escape room, part laser tag, part interactive arcade, except you are the controller. And yes... you will sweat. Each room has a different challenge, and the games ramp up in difficulty so it gets weirdly competitive (especially when everyone's scores are tracked on the wristbands). One minute you're carefully solving a puzzle and the next minute you're hopping across light-up floors like it's an adult version of "the floor is lava." A few notes from the field: * Free lockers to store your belongings. * Bring a water bottle! * Wear athletic clothes and sneakers. This is not a cute-boots/sandals activity. * It's way more physical than expected--in a fun way. * Eat AFTER you come, especially if it's a date night.
