I had Best Buy come out and do a system revamp and it was an unmitigated disaster. Nothing worked…read moreproperly, the Universal remote was hardly universal and on and on. I struggled with it for almost a year and finally decided to do something about it. I called a few companies and settled on Kustom Install. They have been beyond superb. Doug Stevens came out did an analysis and was not trying to upsell us more equipment but pointed out that some of the equipment we had was actually top notch. The issue was the integration of the systems. He carefully explained the modifications needed and gave me a firm quote. I was surprised since I expected a 'well that's what I guess right now but it might be more'....what you get when you are being prepared for an increase. WIth Doug that kind of stuff never happened. He took the order, came in with the right equipment and did the job. He was VERY careful to explain the systems and their integration. His professionalism is beyond reproach. The systems works beautifully and the only hitch was OPERATOR ERROR. I hit a few too many buttons and between the internet crashing and my errors I had a few issues. Quick call to Doug and he was out the next day, solved all the errors that I induced, and left without additional costs. I'd more than highly recommend the company.
