Had a bad day after work, went in for a drink to unwind. Bartender gave me a hard time about my simple order and then charge me $15 for the tiniest martini I've ever seen. I USED to go to Innjoy at least once a week, but I haven't gone there since I received the worst service I have ever experienced. I understand that going on a Monday entails a busy night, but the wait wasn't the issue. I went to eat with three of my friends (who had never gone there and were appalled by the service) and were greeted and seated by what seemed to be a nice waitress. I have never been more wrong in my life. Upon ordering, only 1/4 of us ordered the .25 cent wings-the rest of us ordered entrees from the menu. My friend who was with me specifically asked to not an ingredient on his hamburger because he is deathly allergic. We all made our orders and waited. When our food came, the said ingredient was NOT removed, one of the orders was wrong, and the other order was not complete (my friend ordered the waffle fries as a side). My friend let the waitress know that he had asked for the ingredient to be removed (which all of us heard) and she stated, "No, you didn't say that." Excuse me, if he is ALLERGIC, and THREE of us HEARD it, why WOULD you tell him he was wrong? Bad move. So, she came back with a fixed hamburger, but forgot that one of the orders was wrong. Upon round 3, she brought the right meal, but again forgot about the side order of fries that she was reminded about at least twice. By the time everyone had finished eating, my friend hadn't received the fries! Since we all had to go, my friend let her know that she would not be having the order of fries into which she responded, "I mean, like, don't ANY of you want free fries?" Actually, we don't, we have places to go and things to do that don't entail waiting for something that should've came the second or third time. When we were finally approached with the bill, we noticed we had received a percentage off, and that was nice, but it didn't really make a difference by that point. We also managed to tip over 25% which I think was EXTREMELY generous. Did I also mention that this waitress THOUGHT she could memorize people's orders? Oh yeah, she did all this from memory. My advice to her is to take her pride aside or whatever assumptions she has about her job abilities and start taking notations when she has larger orders or orders that come with specific dietary restrictions that may put someones health in danger. I may sound like I am exaggerating, but my friend was VERY upset, and I was more upset that I invited them out to a frustrating dining experience. As bad as that experience was, I'll probably go there at some point simply because I do like their wings. I like wings, I can't help it. read more

I'm sorry I'm not sorry that I have a soft spot for Innjoy. An unpretentious, affordable place that accepts credit cards -- this trifecta is rare on Division. Particularly innjoyable on casual weekday evenings...Wednesdays are hard to beat with half-priced wine and appetizers. The tater tots come in a mountainous pile yet always find a way to disappear. Watch sports and music videos inside, or hang out on the patio and people watch. read more

I think their drinks are watered down. We ordered double vodka drinks and it didn't appear to have much alcohol in them. Good music late night but don't expect good drinks for the money. read more

This place was empty when I walked in with a group of friends. We ordered some food and drinks. The drink specials are poured in a plastic cup, which is somewhat less desirable. The burgers were pretty good and was a good size. As the evening rolled on, the place started to get really packed and the service started to go down. We couldn't find our server for 30 min at a time. By the time we wanted our check, we had to go find her. The total was a bit over $200, and we gave $300 expecting change. Her response was that she doesn't have change and keeps the change. That was ridiculous. Poor service! read more

Not nearly as fun as it used to be, The food is still pretty good but a little pricey

Im new to the neighborhood and this is my new favorite bar!! I was pleasantly surprised last night at how awesome the bartenders were. It was sooo crowded and yet i never waited too long for a drink. props to the girl bartender who was soo friendly and fast. I LOVE this bar! I'm sorry to see all these poor reviews, but this bar has something for everybody. I love stopping by after for a quick drink or a bite to eat. It's nice and quiet if you go early, but the crowds are fun too later on! Nights are themed, so if you don't like 80's music, don't go on 80's night. But if you want a chill place to hang out with friends, Innjoy is where you want to be. read more

The Breakfast Club? Breakin'? Footloose??? That's what you'll see on the screens at Innjoy on any given Saturday night. To complement the classic 80's movies, they play nothing but 80's music all night long. If you don't know the words to these songs, you shouldn't even bother going. This place is great! the food is excellent, the beer is great and the prices are incredible. Everyday Innjoy has deals and they are so good you can pass them up. I live real close to Innjoy and have never been disappointed with any of my visits. read more

Came with a friend and my dog on a Sunday afternoon at around 1 or 2pm for a quick bite and drink. Ended up staying much longer because of the awesome bartender! He reminded me of the bartenders I used to work with in DC. No scene, nothing fancy, just drinks. And more drinks. And a little food. And some more drinks. I have been going to this place for every special occasion...now I would never recommend this bar. I went on a Friday and was told by the dj : he only plays fun dance music last hour and a half, party at home and come in later, tip your dj if you want to hear your request and when he finally played my song he started it in the middle and ended it early. He didn't play any Michael Jackson and was a total jerk. One of the male bar tenders was a major jerk too! The manager was nice but had no control of her staff. Went to the bar at about 1 am. Stood at the bar for ten minutes before the bartender took my drink order because there weren't enough bartenders. Watched him not make my order while he made drinks for his friends that ordered after me for another couple minutes. Told him that it was the worst service I had every received at a bar. He didn't care. Left angrily. Will not return. read more

If I have to go somewhere & ask for a server I will definitely not stay. Waiting at a table for 10 plus minutes shouldn't be acceptable. And on top of that the night I went wasn't even busy. I'd like to not give them any stars at all. read more

I can't believe when I ordered a "tall" drink, which they charged me more for (basement "bartender"), it was the exact same amount of liquor as a short drink. When asked, she said it was a" lighter drink" which means 2 bucks for more coke mixer? Has she been trained to mix drinks or just check jackets? Embarrassing. i live down the block and have been to innjoy for both the wing special and pizza. the wings are meaty and feature interesting sauces (not just bbq) i thoroughly enjoyed the asian wing sauce and for 25 cents (2drink minimum) i would call innjoy a great value. crust on the pizza was very thin and crisp and worth ordering again. it is refreshing to see that the owner embraces yelp and welcomes feedback. i might suggest you get high definition for your bar. so many hd tv's and only an analogue signal? i am not a regular and don't know what kind of crowd frequents innjoy, but if i was looking to entice young males with discount wings, a broadcast resolution as good as your food and decor would be appreciated. read more
