They don't answer calls, they don't return messages. I had to go up there everyday to get answers. They will lie repeatedly to you about when you vehicle will be done then when you get it back it will be messed up. My vehicle was in better shape before the accident. The paint doesn't match. They used a totally different white, they didn't connect wires back , blown taillight on a "new" taillight, they damaged my headliner also. They could care less about you or your car. It's basically a chop shop.

I had…read morejust started a new job when my vehicle experienced the loss of my fender and bumper, along with some other issues. They not only took care of me, my car and the issues, but they even went above board in fixing an alignment issue with the undercarriage at no extra cost!!! I was beyond grateful for their ordering the parts I needed, fixing the issues, and doing it for a price which was manageable. Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately) I was let go from the job.... but at least I have car working, the A/C is working, the bumper and fender are fixed, and the windshield wiper receptacle. Cassie was nice enough to wait at the shop until I could come and retrieve my car after 5 p.m. Prompt service, great customer service, and caring individuals.
