He listened to all of my concerns. He aplogized for my bad experience and I feel it was sincere. I thought I was dealing with the owner when I first questioned the work. I was not. It was an employee who no longer works there. He reimbursed me for the parts and talked about his business model and how important customer satisfaction is to him. I feel like my part in this was that I didn't verify who I was speaking to and didn't ask enough questions. This was really weighing on me- and I truly worried about losing my bumper.
