Looking back now, I can say this program brought me full circle. The compassion, structure, accountability, and genuine care from the staff helped change my mindset. I would like to sincerely thank Kevin Agnew, Mike Pennino, Melissa, Justin, Tony, and Josh for the roles they played in my recovery. Whether through counseling, guidance, groups, encouragement, or just listening. And to the rest of the staff, thank you for creating an environment where healing and growth actually felt possible. I leave with hope again and a completely different outlook. Thank you, Live Free Recovery. I'll never forget what you've done for me.

From the guards to the budtenders, everyone was super nice, and they were very patient with this n00b. Very clean, professional operation. Some say the shop has a sterile feel, but to me it just feels upscale and professional. They have a HUGE menu, and anything out of stock is marked out of stock, so I think they update the menus a lot. My budtender was really, really nice and answered my questions with no problem at all. She even walked me through their medical cannabis program and provided me with some resources for going that route. I definitely will be going back!

Nothing to do veterans or care for that matter. The "security" guy was clueless with ID's and so was the girl that checked the ID's again declaring they only acknowledge "active duty" ID bc a veterans one isn't "sufficient" and I needed to provide a DD214 which is necessary for receiving a VA card to begin with. Followed up by a "bud tender" that was obviously too stoned to help me out... after choosing my items and asking for the total... was given the number "150" followed by a 5 second pause and then saying "3" I asked what the ACTUAL TOTAL was. And he said, "153" So I asked if 153 was the total... then he replied after another 5 seconds... ".59" immediately I demanded if he was messing with me?! I asked for a third time, the total.... "153.59 taxes and you know". The supervisor jumped in and said "he's doin fine he's just stuttering" I had already paid and wished I hadn't... the product was trash, the name is misleading and the staff doesn't know how to handle being baked and doing business.
