I've been coming here since I was 8. I was seen 5 years ago but suddenly I'm not a patient anymore…read more Despite the ER (both the head and Tim Schaefer) misreading my mom's x-ray when she broke her back (said it wasn't broken), it's convenient, so tried to make an appt. Tracy at the operators' desk wouldn't make me an appt and had that worst bedside manner. She wouldn't even let me talk to my former doctor's office! I asked to speak with her collègue instead as I found her extremely unprofessional. So unprofessional in fact-- she hung up on me! Rude! This hospital panders for handouts and donations from the community. We have donated to the Hospital Fair Day most years - I've been a patient for 38 years but suddenly I'm not a patient anymore-- guess I won't be donating anymore either ‍

They shut us out because my father had too many daughters. I do have to give a special shoutout to Shyla who advocated for him and was so amazingly kind. The doctors were incongruent week after week. His pain was dismissed. He lost almost 20 pounds in the first week and recorded as lost at the previous hospital, which was completely untrue. By the time he left he was not eating. They blamed everything on the patient and did little investigating. The nurse Christine should retire or find a new profession. While most of the staff was dismissive, she was downright mean. I found him asleep with his face in his dinner tray. He was afraid to drink because the staff never showed up in time to get him to the bathroom. Issues were reported to nursing staff but never relayed to the doctors. After several weeks of "rehab and care" my father died, still unable to move much or eat at all less than 2 months after discharge. If this is the best we can offer, healthcare is truly an abomination.

They told me they would reschedule for me, which of course I declined. I asked who was going to pay for my gas and if I did reschedule how would I know if the appointment even really existed. The woman said I will make sure. I said oh really , like today? I said I'm good thanks and left. Someone should be accountable for my gas that it cost me to drive all the way there for nothing. My husband and I are both patients at this office and we decided to move our daughter's care here…read moreas well to use an office closer to home. Her first at this office was her four year old well child exam and we were a little nervous knowing she'd need to receive vaccines at this visit and didn't want her first experience here to be a bad/painful one. However, we had nothing to worry about because Suzanne is literally the greatest nurse to exist. While our daughter's entire exam went well Suzanne truly won the award. I believe her ability to administer injections is unmatched. Her and the other nurse (phlebotomist, I think) working with her were so quick and did such a good job being distracting that our daughter didn't even have time to register that there was any pain at all. I never thought I'd see the day that we'd go to an appointment requiring shots and not leave the office in tears but trust me when I say it is possible! Everyone we encountered in the appointment was friendly and professional. I absolutely recommend this office. Thank you, Suzanne, for being so incredible!

This practice as of 2019 employs Michelle Cutler NP. I asked how she obtained the medication and she told me "the providers prescribed them for each other." When I reported the behavior and the pills to the medical board both the practice and Michelle Cutler lied and denied the behavior. I still have the zip lock baggy and four pills. I have not touched the pills inside so I can assume any forensic evidence on the pills inside would not be mine. She and I have touched the outside and inside of the baggie. What kills me most is the emotional damage it has done to my teen son. He is friends with her son. My son thinks I am a liar as well. I am an emotional hostage. Sure. Turn over the evidence and prove myself not a liar. My son is still mad. Stay quiet my son is still mad and continues to think I am a liar. You employ a liar who has no regard to the feelings of families and children. Only her own. She engaged in unethical practice of Inter provider prescription of a controlled substance at a previous employer (her words). She gave controlled substances unauthorized to a civilian and then denied it when confronted in a legal manner causing emotion harm to a patient and a minor causing estrangement and damage. This is who you employ. A CYA "care provider". To the public be careful in your selection. This was my "friend" who though she was "helping" a friend with PTSD rather than working with her therapist and giving her a proper course of medications that was recommended. Which was within her power to do, which she would "not" do because we were friends. She would not treat me properly in her office due to to "ethics". But she did slip me four pity pills that were unethically prescribed to her and then lie when confronted. And at a cost to children. A severe lack of empathy towards mental health is shown here. More training is needed. She told me.....she just couldnt help me. Even though I was a patient at her patient farm practice. And she took my money and insurance. Visit after visit. Stay away. Be leery. Very leery. This NP will hurt you. Drain your bank account with appointments while getting proper meds for herself. Patient farmer, lier, manipulater of children. Be careful.
