I always went to Natural Doctors for treatment. I went to two of them over the past three years. They were good Doctors, very kind and did everything to help me. However I was not getting better. I reached out to Dr. Aviva Wertkin and I told her my story. We set up an appointment. She is an amazing Doctor. She sat with me for two hours. She is very thorough. She took tests and did a lot of research. She found I had much more than a flare up. I had mold and heavy metals. She started treatment addressing one thing at a time. She detoxed my body.It took a while and I would like to add she was working with a very complicated case. I had a botched surgery on hemorrhoids years ago which complicated my digestive system. However she prevailed through it all and I am living a very functional life. I cant thank her enough for her knowledge and her persistence to make people well. She is one of the best Natural Doctors and I been going to a lot of them.

I like to joke that I am Seth's most difficult patient (truly... I'm probably not joking...) and yet he has stuck by my side through thick and thin leaving no stone unturned. It took some hard work and dedication on both sides but I soared through 2020! Life was great! Then in early 2021 I was facing another health challenge and when I thought the specialist would be the one to solve all the mysteries... again it was Seth and his team to the rescue. I am now back to thriving, though I have some room for improvement (don't we all). 4-5 months ago I was barely eating a handful of foods... losing weight... mentally and physically miserable every day! Now I am eating EVERYTHING I want! I know I have played a large part in my recovery but what I appreciate most is Seth and his team and their absolute devotion and unwavering positivity. I feel like I am part of a team... and I am in charge of my health If you have been debating coming on board with Seth I promise you will not regret it! At age 54, after years of intermittent problems and alternative treatments, I feel that I finally understand what I need to do to take care of myself. When I first turned to Dr. Eisenheim, my primary complaint was that I'd been experiencing morning exhaustion for a long time. It was difficult to start the day, day after day, with no desire whatsoever to get out of bed. Was I depressed? Was I just getting old? Was this what it was going to be like from now on? Another, lifelong, problem was food cravings that kept my weight a little higher than I felt comfortable with. The problem was far worse when I was younger, so I tried to be grateful that it had become much more manageable and just deal with it. Dr. Eisenheim determined that, among other things, I was suffering from moderate adrenal exhaustion. I'd experienced it twice before, and here I was again! She put me on a program that got my adrenals back in shape. I even held up well as we headed into the dark months of late fall -- a time when I traditionally crash. I feel like myself again. More than previous practitioners, Dr. Eisenheim helped me understand my vulnerability to adrenal problems and how to avoid future crashes. Because I really get it now, I feel confident that I can plan and do the self-care I need. As for the food cravings, some concerns about inflammation prompted Dr. Eisenheim to recommend the "TQI" (To Quiet Inflammation) book/eating plan. Now, I've been focused on healthful food all my life. But committing to the TQI regimen for several weeks brought me solidly back to basics long enough to remind me that my body demands a narrow path, food-wise -- and that it's so worth it. The chronic cravings virtually disappeared. I have little desire for foods that put me off-balance. This is huge. And I find myself gradually losing weight despite eating five times a day. I feel really good about where I am now, and optimistic about the future. I would definitely go back to Dr. Eisenheim ... but I don't think I'll need to!

The treatments themselves were good. However, the complete lack of any form of decent spa experience more than offset it. This place clearly is a stereotypical dentist-investor money grab by the doctors who own the practice that is the primary focus of this enterprise. As an initial matter, the website states that the spa is closed on Mondays prompted my calling to ask if they might allow me to use the sauna and the soaking tub on a Monday anyway because that was the day that I would be there from out of town. I was told that the tub and the sauna are open on Mondays. I agreed to the request to pay the full amount at the time of booking even though the website stated the policy of only collecting a portion of the fee at that time. This was more than one month before my visit. On arrival, there neither was anyone at the front desk nor any means of signaling that you are there. I waited at least a genuine five minutes before approaching the VERY surly woman in the back area of the cafe portion of the spa. She looked right at me and played the game of pretending that she did not hear me the first few times that I called out hello. The woman then grumbled about working on four orders; there was no one in the cafe. She came to the counter and told me that someone from the spa would be out in a minute. She easily could have looked for someone for me. Two women then came out from the back area. The blonde woman with the glasses was friendly enough. I first used the sauna, which was the better part of experience. There at least was a bench and a place to hang my clothes. The sauna felt good and therapeutic. The robe was worn, not soft, and too small to cover me without being very careful. Having to carry my clothes into the bathroom where the tub was located was not very spa like. My running a little early excused the tub only starting to get filled after my sauna. However, the small spa staff knew when I arrived and coukd have started the tub sooner. I had to wait in the very Spartan waiting area. There were a couple of uncomfortable wicker chairs and a few odd magazines. I also had to stress about my robe staying closed. For the record, I am 5'7" and 165 pounds. The tub itself was nice. However, I could have purchased the basic epsom salts that they used at Whole Foods or my warehouse club. The bathroom was chilly, lacked any good place for my clothes, or even a bench. The sink only had basis soap and paper towels. No nice hand lotions or other amenities. I can attribute the shower not working well to my not being able to figure it out. The shower being too small for me to fully get under the head, the water being tepid, and the soap being the Doc Bronners Castile soap that people use on camping trips is on them. The check-out process merely was "you've paid" and then walking back into the office area. There was not even the customary follow-up e-mail.
