The bike he wanted was not assembled completely or properly. The original sales person said he wanted another associate, Donovan, to check the bike and make any necessary adjustments. Donovan did a complete inspection of the bike, finding several missteps by the person who had originally assembled the bike. However Donovan remained pleasant and informative and did not criticize the other staff member. He checked every feature on the bike and fixed any deficiencies. We appreciated his knowledge and professionalism.

I don't think I've ever had any interaction with their employees otherwise, besides the checkout counter. Can't say that's a bad thing though. I don't especially like having someone asking me every five minutes, "Can I help you with something?"
