I purchased skates online that processed/shipped the same day and arrived the next day with free shipping! I'm making this review for a pair of skates I got a year ago. I wish I could tell you how the skates are but I've never gotten to use them. When I received them the first thing I did was try to install smaller wheels to rocker the skates. My right skate had a wheel that was way to tight on it, so much so the screw stripped trying to undo it. I own motorcycles and work on cars so a stripped screw is not a big deal, but this one was way worse. It was so bad I contacted customer support, but they blew me off. I was told I worked on the skate and they wouldn't help at all. They had me thinking it was my fault, but I took that skate in today and it was ruined from factory. The bold had to be drilled and practically melted off the frame. Now it's out and the frame is ruined, but now I know it wasn't my fault. When you purchase skates it's expected you can change the frame and the wheels, but from purchase I would have never been able to remove that bolt. Tldr: Skates are possibly defective and customer service will blame you and do nothing. Don't spend your money here, you won't receive any help if you need it. can't review IW highly enough, as a UK customer, I relied heavily on the product description and sizing chart which turned out perfectly. returns would be difficult other wise. extremely happy with the price. UK market is limited and I picked up some tour skates for cheaper than the most basic skates available here. delivery was $40 which I'm fine with but if they were in bad condition or didn't fit it would have been a problem to return. but I placed the order on the thursday and they were at my door the following Tuesday, which is exceptional! for any UK customers, I recommend using IW so highly, they offer a better skate at a better price and beat their estimated delivery by over a week read more

Make sure you aren't buying for anyone else or trying to ship to friends, family, etc because they don't allow you to have a shipping address different from the billing address. Something to note: The wheels were a little yellowish when the skates arrived to me. I assume the urethane had begun to break down from sitting in a warehouse or it was a manufacturing defect. I proceeded to pack them up carefully as they were when they were delivered to me. I then dropped off the package to UPS. I had the skates for only a few days. They sat unopened until I tried them on, once. When Inline Warehouse received my returned product, I got an email from them claiming that the item was in a "used and worn condition" and I would only be able to receive store credit minus a 10% restocking fee. I did not agree with this and called up customer service to explain that I only tried on the skates once inside my home thinking they would surely understand, be accommodating, and issue the refund to my original form of payment. The individual I spoke to had a nice tone, but did not help me at all. He put me on hold and spoke someone else. When he came back he just said that item is used and they don't sell used items. What is the 10% restocking fee for then? I so wish I had taken a picture of the skates when I first opened the box so I could show that the condition I received them is the same condition they were when I sent them back. I still don't agree that they were "used". If one were to try on skates or shoes in physical retail store they wouldn't chalk them up to be "unsellable" after a simple try on. They'd put them back in the stock room to sell or to be tried on by (maybe multiple) other people. I got the store credit but I didn't see anything else I liked, so I bought a bunch of socks and a couple t-shirts that I didn't really like or need. I just didn't want to waste my money. CHECK everything on their website. They have WRONG bearing information, wrong size charts for some items and the refuse to refund you even if it is their error for displaying wrong information in their site. Only order if you are 200% sure about your sizing and the skate model you want to buy, because you cannot return them. They have an automated email response for anyone that sends a return offering 90% of your refund in store credit only, a $14 fee, and ignore any other communication. They claim that any pair returned is used regardless if the skates are actually used or not. Not sure how the skates were used when it's winter in Chicago, snow and too cold to even go outside. They should provide picture showing that the skates are used if they are going to make claims. I filed a claim through PayPal because the skates were NOT as described on the website. Their response was literally, "I'll just refund it to be done with it." and did not acknowledge that they made a mistake. If you can't get a refund for their error, go through PayPal or your bank. I'd rather order from an international site and pay more. *update: weird that this company has so many issues from so many customers! If I purchase something on your website and the actual product is NOT as represented, I am entitled to a full refund and that's why I got my money back when I opened a case on PayPal. It's your responsibility to have the correct specs and if you don't, accept your losses and act professional. Love the long essay, but you did not acknowledge the unprofessiona behavior. I'm just lucky that I had screenshots and that I used PayPal. You'll have better luck ordering from any other site. I'm glad that this company is getting claims against them. Legit place. I asked a ton of questions before buying new blades, they were very helpful. I ended up buying 2 pairs of Rollerblade RB110 3WD Skates (one pair for my wife, they had a good discount going). Decided on true to size U.S., tried them on and found we both needed to bump it up 1 size. They provide all the return shipping supplies on the initial order, plus give you a year to return (as long as you don't take them outside and scuff them up). The return was easy, replacement skates came literally less than 5 days later. They were on it. As far as the skates, the jump up to 110 was not a problem. Already tested the outer durability with a nice tumble into some dirt on a new trail. Skates rub a bit on the ankles, but that's around the 15-mile mark. I'm sure a lot of that is getting used to new skates. Trying thicker socks, ordered those from Inline recently. Comfortable skates with good ankle support. Overall, dig the company and the skates. Great customer service and turnaround, plus they have deep discounts if you watch for them. Rock on! read more

Inline Warehouse has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Their "lowest price guarantee" is completely misleading and I believe it to be bogus. I spoke with 2 customer service people and then a supervisor by the name of Tori. All 3 of them gave me different terms for the "price match", and then once Tori finally agreed that the terms were not clearly outlined and that they could price match my skates, then magically the skate on my size was gone. It was there on the website an hour before she called me back, and then it's just gone. I do believe they took the sku out of the system so they would not have to honor the lower price. I drove from San Francisco just to get my skates here. No other shop I've found has the range of sizes and options as Derby Warehouse. The staff was super knowledgeable and incredibly accommodating. Their online inventory is super accurate. Even though their usual derby plate mounting person was out of office they were able to mount a plate I brought to the boot I bought in less than the time it took me to get gas and a coffee for only $30. Good customer service, however there 365 day "return policy" is NOT A RETURN POLICY IT IS A SCAM! So when you see 365 days to return a product that means at least to a consumers stand point that you can use the skates and see if they are really what you would like to spend your hard earn money on! Was looking to replace my old Roces LAX Los Angles inline skates. Walked in, met Hunter. He ordered a new pair of Roces, Izi model blades. The skates arrived at my house in less than a week. Tried on two times, 10 mins. each on my hardwood floors. They weren't right for me. Went back to IW to exchange for something else. Ordered Skates, wheels, bearings and tools from IW over the years, and never had complaints. That is, until buying a $420 pair of skates that failed due to a manufacturing defect within the first week of ownership. While the manufacturer outcome was favorable, the necessitation of IW as middleman to facilitate the warranty was tedious and communication was very much one sided. To illustrate, the warranty manager Stephanie Failed to return ALL phone calls and voicemails left (Yes, not a single Call back), while exhibiting a reluctance to respond to Emails until being bombarded with them. It was almost comical the amount of excuses I was given why this supposed warranty manager could not speak to, or return any messages. I can understand being busy, yet I don't see the difficulty in responding to multiple communication attempts with a loyal customer who is concerned about the handling of their claim for such expensive skates. A furtherance of this annoyance was carried out after deciding to purchase new wheels for an alternate set of skates, as their stock of the skates warrantied was low, my sizing unavailable. The order was placed midday Friday with a promise to ship that following Monday. It's now Wed, and after calling to clarify, I was given an excuse and told it would ship the next day. As stated previously, If you know what you want and have zero issues with the product, then IW is a decent outlet to shop at. However, after this warranty claim, dealing with the haughty attitude of what I can only imagine to be that of a secretarial power trip; I've decided to re evaluate their position on my list of shopping options. I've never before felt such a blatant lack of customer service from a supposed manager, but I digress... Beware. I give three stars due solely to the previously experienced good customer service. Also, you have to return them within 7 calendar days of receipt. The best! I picked up rollerblading again after 25 years thanks to Coronavirus but surprise! Surprise! Pregnancy really does make your feet larger so my old skates, while in great shape, don't fit anymore. I ordered new ones online after talking to the guys in the store and they arrived in 2 days using ground shipping! I expected a slow down due to the world being shut right now but only two days to go from the Central Coast (almost SoCal) to NorCal. I was impressed with their speed of processing and shipping out. The skates arrived but they are WAY too big. I measured both feet and used the K2 measurement guide but it was a no go. So I called the company and returning was NO Problem and no $. They only had 2 blades in the size I wanted to try so they easily agreed to hold a pair for me and told me to send the return tracking number when I had it and they would send out the new skates. I did that today and they already sent me a tracking number for the new skates same day! They should be here tomorrow! I'm fully impressed with this company! Best customer service ever. I purchased a pair of skates for my boyfriend for Christmas and received next day shipping at no extra cost. (It was quite a dream for a last minute shopper like myself) The skates were beautiful, badass, and was quite reasonably priced. My boyfriend loves them! They were the best rollerblades he has ever ridden. He is one of those badass skaters who don't need brakes and who like to take the center wheels out so that he can do cool tricks. lol. He was quite impressed. However, after about a couple weeks of use (where he put some good miles on them, I will admit) something happened to one of the skates. Something came loose and it was not able to be ridden. We tried to figure out how to fix it and we were unable. Because they were only a couple weeks old, I got really frustrated. So I decided to email them to see what I could do, I emailed them something semi nice but I was ready to put up a fight. To my surprise, I didn't need to! They were so pleasant, helpful and replied in great time. It was also quite nice because their warehouse happens to be in our home town on the central coast, and my boyfriend was on his way there the next day. He took the skates to the warehouse and they fixed them right up! They were prepared to replace them for him, but he wanted to keep his original ones. :) Great customer service, and great products!!! Absolutely terrible service. I will never buy from them anything ever again. DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS. I ordered a helmet and a pair of skates from them and they sent them to my house. I kept the helmet but decided to return the skates because they weren't as good as I expected. I asked for a return label and they sent me one. In the box they sent the skates and helmet (which I bought and kept) I returned a different helmet that I had purchased from them. I was doing them a favor and the environment a favor by not using two different boxes to make the returns. For my consideration they charged me $15 shipping fee because I included the helmet in what otherwise would have been a half-empty box being sent back. I called to ask they fix their error and spoke with one of the managers (Stephen) who listened to me and told me that he can't help me because the shipping label was for the skates only. SO: I bought a helmet from them for $200 and to thank me they charged me $15 to include an item in a box that would otherwise have been sent half empty. This place is fantastic! We were driving to LA for hockey gear, but this place has way more selection and more knowledgeable staff. The selection is hands down the best--while other stores may carry three brands of inline hockey skates this place had at least five. My husband needed wider skates and we just couldn't find anything that worked at the other places. Not only did these guys have recommendations and different skates to try, but they were in stock and available same day. The guy helping us, Hunter, was super helpful, and gave great recommendations. I bought the Mission Inhaler WM03 in size 6.5. The skates came to me super messed up and used with a folded grommet, scuffing on the boot, and the wheels obviously been used. The Mission box it came in was also messed up. I paid $400 + expedited shipping for these skates, so I was mad and they did not disclose they would be used. I called them and they offered me an exchange plus expedited shipping on the exchange pair but it would still take around a week because they have to process my return first. I declined because I needed these skates for a game in 2 days. They gave me a $60 refund for keeping them used. In the end I used my old skates for the game because the other ones I couldn't get the grommet unfolded. SoI ordered another pair of the same skates from Bauer and they took 2 weeks to come, at one point they lost my package and I had to call them. They have awful customer service. At this point I was going to try to return the skates to the Warehouse so I called them and had to dig through my house to find the slip. I shipped them back and in 2 days they sent me a refund plus a fee for them being used. I called them and they gave me back the full amount I paid besides shipping fees. I was more that impressed with there service. Free overnite shipping, name brand product , and amazing customer service. I got a pair of bauer supremes for my little sister, thet were to narrow. I filled out there easy return form shipped it back and got my return within 48 hours. The customer service rep was so nice and even though it was not ther fault they still gave me a discount on the new skates which fit so perfectly there was no need to even break them in.
