It certainly was not ever going to look like my hair, but I think she did a nice job adding long layers and cutting off the damaged ends. The stylist listened, gave an honest assessment of what to expect, and provided a nice haircut. It's a cute, clean salon. I wanted a mani while she got a haircut, but the mani person wasn't there that day. I found that a lot when trying to find a salon to do both services. Nice staff and when the stylist I was scheduled with had a family emergency right before my appt, the rest of the team shuffled clients and assisted each other to get everyone cared for. Brittany did my cut and color and I enjoyed the visit and love the results. I had brought the formula my Atlanta guru used, we discussed not doing low lights this time and I love how it turned out; it's much like I'm used to! It's nice to have one stylist who both cuts and colors, and Brittany listened and created, and I will be back.

They worked at it for over two hours including the shampoo and blow dry at the end. They were positive the entire time and kept my spirits up while I anxiously waited in the chair. What I was correct about was the owner! She called me and cancelled my appointment and told me to find another salon because of my yelp review!!! A good business person would have handled it quite differently. Owners are usually friendly to all customers and she would ONLY say hello if we made eye contact which was rare. To sit in a salon for 3 hours a few feet from the owner without so much as a how are you is amazing. He was booked solid but was able to work me for a cut during color processing of another patron. He knew exactly how to cut my hair for my head shape and face features.
