She frequently had to check her phone and review the steps as she went through the process. I was provided her personal cell phone number to follow up as the keratin treatment was not like any I had previously. Marina did say to reach out in 72 hour in case I needed a redo/touchup. She did not use enough product or apply it correctly as the keratin treatment needs to be redone. Given the fact that I've had numerous keratin treatments this was the only time I've had one without success. Extremely disappointed. I have requested that the owner reach out and I have yet to hear from them. Disappointed with the unsuccessful keratin treatment and disappointed that I have not had a response from the owner.

I wanted light brown for the base, and golden yellow highlights. I could not see the colors until she was done. I mentioned to her as I finally caught a glimpse in the mirror, that the highlights looked gray or silver. I asked her about it and she ignored me. Then, when I could finally see the results, I told her that I had expected golden highlights like I normally get. So, I ended up with dark brown hair & silver highlights. I told her that this was not what I requested. The entire time she was working on my hair, she was distracted by answering the phone even though there were two other salon ladies there. I repeated again to her that what I had wanted, which was not what I got. She ignored me. I paid her and left. I'm not going back. If she had brought out the swatches to allow me to choose, that would have helped with any confusion on her part. I texted her again that what I got was not what I wanted or asked for. She ignored my text messages.
