I felt confident that Toby would do a great job so I called the next day and setup an appointment. Short time later we had selected our cruise, balcony room and drink package and told me being a veteran the cruise line would give me some ship credits. She also stepped up by telling me that my passports would need to be renewed before the cruise. She gave me all the information I need to complete online and as soon we got our new pictures the new passports would be ready within plenty of time for the cruise. She admitted to us she'd never been to that airport so how would she even know? We had to pay an extra $350 to get an earlier connector. She gave us false information concerning customs upon return to America. We received an email from her on the eve of our trip recommending we get all needed vaccinations. Shouldn't that have been done months prior? Needless to say, before we even left for Europe, we found a new agent/agency to use in all our future trips. The worst, when we arrived in Heathrow from Scotland, my husband and son did not have booked seats. They had tickets, but not seats. The plane was full and no available flights until 2 days laters.
