I am still shocked by my first visit to this store. When I dropped off two sets of gear for service they estimated $250 per set to replace all the kits and to service the equipment. That would've made it the most expensive service I have ever had, but I was already there so I left my gear with them. When I got there to pick up my equipment they tried to charge me $850. $350 more than their original estimate. The only unexpected part they replaced was a hose they wanted $75 for. When I challenged the bill, they talked about not knowing what it was going to take until they tore into the equipment but the only part that was unusual was a hose. Everything else was normal service. Except the price of course, which was 50% more than the original estimate. Needless to say it was pretty obvious th I was upset and they finally "worked it down for me" by taking hundred dollars off. Of course that still left them almost $200 over there original estimate. Do not bring your gear here for service unless you want to get ripped off. Unbelievably disappointed and shocked by the way my equipment was handled and the way they took advantage of me as a new customer. Update to my experience... When we got the gear home there was a note stuck to my wife's computer saying they thought the computer was defective because the battery that they put in was only half life. We took it to another Dave store got the battery replaced and everything is fine. I guess if you're going to charge somebody 50% more than the service is worth you might as well only do half of the job too.

My first visit to Scuba Professionals. I was greeted by the owners, very personable, customer friendly, and very professional. I called ahead to check they were open and could fill my PCP air tank to 4,500psi. My tank is for my Precharged Pneumatic (PCP) pellet rifle, and not related to Scuba gear but seems only Scuba shops have the high pressure compressors and tanks to fill my portable tank. Overall, I highly recommend their shop because their professionalism and customer service is excellent. Now I want to learn or at least take some classes on scuba diving.

    Cozumel Mexico

Tina and Paul have always gone above and beyond for my wife and I. We bought all of our equipment through Scuba Professionals of Arizona and have been very happy with it for the last three years. They've been very helpful in helping me get a prescription mask which I quickly lost in Cozumel and helping me get another prescription mask in a timely fashion so I don't miss out on fantastic diving. We are hopeful to do a trip with them in the future! Thanks

When I stopped by the shop on a Friday to rent a regulator, the employees immediately greeted me and engaged me in conversation; they made me feel at home. Then on Sunday, I boarded the Diver Down and received the same warm welcome and friendly treatment from the boat's entire crew. The shop's boat, the Diver Down, likewise impressed me. It's a clean, well-maintained, and well-organized pontoon boat, with ample under-bench storage and walkways. I quite also like the lack of scuppers along the bench's underside; it's a small detail, but I knew that if my stuff got loose, it couldn't slide into the drink. Plus, the Diver Down features a well-organized and well-stocked supply of weights, as well as complimentary water and soft drinks. It's a nice ride. Similarly, the regulator I rented from Cyborg Pirate showed me that they're a serious shop. It was in excellent condition, with a DIN connection and a well-considered mix of rubber and braided hoses. Clearly, these folks are serious divers and aim to serve people of the same mindset. And, of course, the dives themselves were excellent. We anchored off an underwater hill that started at 35' and descended to well over 100', where my insta-buddy -- the boat's normal captain, who was fun-diving for the day -- led me on a deep dive into the 40'+ viz area at depth. Then, for the second dive, one of the divemasters arranged a friendly search-and-recovery competition. I didn't win, but I still had a great time. All told, my experience with Cyborg Pirate deeply impressed me. I recommend this shop, and I'll definitely go back again.

We are new to the Scuba World and had recently got our certification and went for a refresher. Luigi patiently worked with us on our buoyancy and feeling comfortable at 60 feet underwater. At the shop, the employees talked me out of purchasing certain items. This showed me the integrity of this company by having me not purchase items I did not need. I highly recommend Cyborg Pirate and we will be diving with them in the future. -James L.

The No Limits staff were nothing but helpful and informative throughout the booking day before_of process. I was able to sign up for a beginner class in the pool for just $35, which was amazing and so worth it. Unfortunately I entered in the incorrect address for the pool and ended up arriving almost 15 minutes late. The instructor told me that it was just me in the course and so I could reach out to the office to reschedule. I told him this was no problem and then I asked if I could still swim? He told me that I could and I am so glad that I waited as one of the instructors, Chris, was available to help me. He gave me a one on one class on how to put on my gear and scuba dive. Scuba diving is not pretty as you got stuff coming out of your nose and mouth, but it is pretty and calming when you are underwater breathing and the rest of the world seems so far away. I loved every minute of this experience especially once I got used to breathing through my mouth and holding my nose to let my ears pop. I swam in seven feet plus, which was difficult at times, so I love that Chris was happy to have me swim in the shallower 4 feet. Chris waa super kind, patient, and fun; I really appreciate his time!! I definitely want to get certified as I want to do this more and more. Most likely due to time and funds it wont be until the fall, but I will be back! Thank you!

The way they break down the individual skills, explain them, demonstrate them and then guide you through them makes the skills easy to perform.
