Same item, different color. **I asked if Walmart could honor price. Supervisor on duty was Diane, who said no. What made this the worst situation? I noted in the beginning of the conversation, due to my disabilities, I speak slower, and take time to process. Mid-sentance, I was interrupted 4 times while she dismissed me and gave orders to other people. Breaks, etc. Have to be taken, but she dismissed me, forcing me to restart my concern. It was humiliating. Diane also refused to give me her name when I asked for it and whom to speak to in management for my concerns. I left wondering if I was a person who did not have difficulty standing, speaking and communicating, would she have treated me with respect? My bill was over $$$. I have spent more in Walmart so the money was not the main issue. The issue was dismissing me, my concerns many times and refusing to give me the information for supervision. I am disappointed. I would rather go to stores further with better service, than endure such heartache and disrespect. This mall has a lot of great stores and good restaurants and coffee shops, a Barber Shop and other places to explore today. Some of these stores I saw this afternoon where The Walmart Supercenter Store is a much smaller store that's half the size of the Walmart Supercenter Store in the Lemon Grove area. This Walmart Store has a limited selection of food products and women's and men's clothes. I also saw a McDonald's Restaurant that's located inside this Walmart Store. There are also an A T & T Store. The Bath & Body Works Store, Jamba Juice, Kona Coffee Shop, A Halloween Party Store, A Famous Footwear Store, A Beauty Supply Store, Barnes & Noble Bookstore, A U. S. California Bank, A Wells Fargo Bank, A Panda Express Restaurant, Rubio's Restaurant, Wentzel's Pretzels, Target Store, Gyros Restaurant, Another Mexican Restaurant and several other places. I did a lot of walking around this Grossmont Center Mall today. I stopped a couple of time to sit outside on the benches to enjoy the sunshine with my friend Emily. Then we decided to have Lunch at The Rubio's Coastal Grill Restaurant today at 1 PM. We had a very delicious lunch meal. This Grossmont Center Mall is HUGE and it was also good exercise for me because I did a lot of walking today. I will definitely come back here again to explore more places. I had a good time today.

The store refused to release it, claiming pickups must be before 5:30, even though they're open until 9 Pm and the website says pickups are until 6pm. We did not need their help with anything. The chair was in the clearance section and already paid for. We work and all have busy lives and for them to refuse to let us pick up an item we paid for after coordinating with other people to come help us get this chair for my mom is ridiculous. This rule was not disclosed at the time of purchase. Holding a paid item is unreasonable and unprofessional. I will be speaking to upper management about this and will not shop here again. San Marcos is a small town and as a business owner myself who interacts with many clients on a daily basis this is not a good look for Jerome's. It is extremely unprofessional for something that should have been very simple.
