Why not adjust the quantity of orders they can take instead of constantly running behind? The worse thing was that last week by the time they picked my order several things were out of stock. And on several occasions i have ordered ham and the package that they have picked for me has gray/rotting meat. Do not put an order in for the same day and expect it to be on time. Try one of the Rancho locations instead because I have never had them call and say they are running behind.
