We told him if he can repair what is already there so that the locks work and he quoted us $400. We accepted that estimate and after he took it all apart, said he could not repair it so we told him go ahead and put it back together. We're gonna get other quotes. He says he cannot put it back together and he tried to leave with our Parts. I spoke to his manager Armando and Armando was very unprofessional. As you seen the picture, it was only eight screws that he had to put my stuff back together, but didn't do it instead he was upset because he cannot take advantage of my wife. Thank God, my wife called me to this matter I did not recommend these guys. I never will.

Here are some examples: Changed a faucet that dripped for YEARS that I was told was not fixable. Not only was it not dripping but he closed up the rusty old hole and made the tile look like the hole was never there. Had the uuuugliest fluorescent light in the living room, like "Joe vs the volcano" level, he replaced it, made it look like it was just all a bad dream. He replaced and fixed the kitchen door so it was even with the floor, when the door would open it would get stuck because the floor was not even, so he did some mathematical engineering and got it to work. He stabilized the dried out wooden pergola over the patio with wood and new metal supports so it didn't have to be torn down, saved a lot of money. He was able to design and construct from scratch a gorgeous washer and dryer enclosure that replaced a UGLY UGLY termite eaten shed that disintegrated when you barely touched it, rusted nails coming out, doors falling off the hinges. Throughout the process, he was very communicative, asking questions that involved functional design, placement, aesthetics. Even matched the hardware to the fences, which really was supercool. He also replaced a variety of ceiling fans, ceiling lights, bathroom faucet, drain, lights, kitchen drains, electrical plugs, fix a fence, and problem solve regarding how to hide wires, electrical cords. Long story short, I would highly recommend Brandon for house repairs, fixes, and design problem solving. His work is very thorough, detail and quality oriented, and he is very professional and is really an expert at what he does.

The cellar ground surface was uneven and full of deteriorating bricks. All the pier blocks and upright support infrastructure was non-standard in spacing and configuration. The bulkhead door opening was rough and uneven concrete. But we wanted the storage area to be sealed off from the remainder of the cellar while preserving air circulation and easy access to the air-conditioning and heating units installed there. Brandon was not daunted by the project. He started brainstorming immediately and came up with a plan that would get us what we needed at a cost we could afford. It was a big job.
