I was so fortunate that I called Imagine Audio. They worked with me to find a reliable/reasonably priced OEM manufacturer for the camera (I didn't want to buy used or some cheap knockoff). Scheduling with them was very easy, brought car in at 9am and received a text at 11:30am that it was ready. Paid and was on my way. After 1.5 years the power amp went out and had to be sent back to the factory. A year later the subwoofer quits. I went back again, they played with some wires and it worked when I left. A month later the sub quit again. Frustrated and very busy I did not return to this store. Drove without my sub until I found a great store in Ewing NJ. They inspected the system and immediately asked me where I had it done and that the power amp should NEVER have been installed under the drivers seat in the mustang. They showed me frayed wires that led to shorting out the sub. The. Wires grayed from the movement of the drivers seat over the years. End of story is $1200 later I have the power amp relocated and the sub replaced. Sadly, this store lost a good customer...so BE WARE work can be shoddy!

Looked more closely at it & the padding strips were hanging out a little but I let it go. Couple weeks go by, I open trunck & saw in wheel wheel alot of water. This was due to it raining and water getting in from where it was not sealed properly on top, also not telling me had to drill hole. So I had to pay money to seal it myself. Wasn't to bad though. So now, I have another car to put soiler on. Told me it was same price as other one but when I went to pick up car, charged me more money saying took longer, which it didn't. My appointment was at 9am. Sd nothing else going on in morning so can work on right away. Got a call from Tony at 10am letting me know how to drill hole, which was nice he did this time compared to last time. So now I go pick it up and nice 2small chips at both sides of spoiler on top. The guy that installed it sd they were there when took off originally spoiler. Makes no sense. I took it to 2 other places to look at &they sd those chips are from the tools they used to get original spoiler off. Took it back to Finishline, Talked to Marcus, he's either the manager or owner i think, of course he denied it all. He did Saud, well, they are only 2 small chips, what's the big deal. Well they were not there so fix it. He sd to bring it by one day& he would fix it, contact him first & will work something out. Well, I have texted him 3 times & emailed twice since week & half ago & NO RESPONSE!!. Obviously this is how they handle things when they are liers!! So, since I was in the Springfield, PA area I decided to stop into that Tint World store location to get some pricing information for what I had in mind. Immediately upon entering, I was greeted by the front desk representative whose name was "Rose". And, she welcomed me with a friendly "hello" and a "smile'. From there, I explained why I stopped in and Rose was extremely professional, kind, attentive and outgoing & began going over what window tinting options they offered. After going through my options, Rose asked when I was looking to get the tint work done and I asked her if I needed to make an appointment in advance since I just walked-in off the street. It was then she asked me if I'd be interested in getting it done right away since I was already there? At first, I was shocked that they had an opening available. Shortly afterwards, Rose's manager (Ian) came out the shop and confirmed that it would only take an hour to get everything completed. So, I said sure, let's get it done! Honestly, I can say that the entire job only took roughly 45 minutes and I was thoroughly impressed! When they pulled my truck out the bay and brought it around to the front of the store, I was extremely pleased. This was my first time going to Tint World and they were EXCELLENT! From the customer service, attention to detail, great work performed, to how fast they got me in and out at a "decent price", I will definitely go back to them if I decide to do anything else to my truck! It's not the closest drive so im gonna find a more local shop. im disappointed and will have to spend more money to correct it. Found bad air bubbles and a hair inside the cured tint. Does not look professional. Update: owner responded (probably his receptionist) apologizing for the quality of work but has not offered to fix it? Also, many reviews speak on how friendly Moe was with them. With me, he was stoic and did not give off the same friendly, warm vibes I read of in the comments. When I left, he kind of just gave a half wave and didn't bother asking how I liked the work, if everything was fine ... Nothing. (However, Moe's assistant was such a nice person. She even took the time to show me how a product looked on her vehicle before I decided if I wanted it on mine or not.) I will also mention, I am clearly not Caucasian. And his shop was papered with Trump banners and signs. Not sure if political views affected the quality of his work towards me or not. But Buyer Beware.
