I walked in to have 20 hats with my company logo on them. I brought a flash drive with the logo image which was in a png format. We have had our logo for 6 years so we did not have an adobe illustrator file or .ai file. The owner threw a fit like a child about this, exclaiming that no reputable graphic artist would do this. (Artists offer many formats for various prices and at the time of purchase .ai files were not the popular format) I said I would find someone else to fill our order and left. I had never crossed another small business that wouldn't try to work with a customer. We found another embroidery place who was more than happy to fill our order and we even ordered polo's and t shirts. The owner of Inks and Images is completely unprofessional I cannot recommend any one to use them for any reason. WORST EVER! I ordered Custom Printing on jackets for my business on the 25th of Nov. Was told they would be ready on the 13th of December. Was called on dec 13th and told they ran into some issues with the jackets and they would be ready by the 16th after 3 PM. Right at 3 PM on the 16th the owner calls my wife and tells her they were not ready that it would not be ready till later in the week. My wife explained that we HAD to have them on the 16th! She also stated she realized things happen and what would he do to make this right and he got rude with my wife telling her she had NO IDEA what they do. The owner is verbally harsh and has NO idea what customer service is. If you want something done here don't expect to get it on time! read more

Stay away... not sure how this place stays in business. Our company ordered shirts from here and the experience was terrible. The owner was rude, obnoxious and doesn't deserve to be open in this town. Misprinted a shirt, delayed delivery, not helpful when trying to get a new one. I've got to say this is one of the worst stores to go to. The owner has no idea how to help people. I have also worked here for 4 months and it was the worse job ever. If you work here, don't expect to get paid on time, the owner has no respect for his employees, or the customers, he constantly yells at his employees for anything and everything they do. Do not give this guy your money. His prices are not that great anyway. read more
