Just about every squadron on-base trusts this company to create custom awards, decorations, placards, retirement "shadow boxes", etc. The facility is big and has a great "showroom" with several pieces on display to give you ideas. The machinery and engravers they have on-site can create just about any custom shape, piece, etc. Ordering (in person) was simple and the staff was friendly. It took about one week for my custom order to be processed, created, and ready for pick up. Payment was handled once the product was ready for pickup.

I belive it was Greg that helped us out. I had my Chicago Title customized (the black one) in time before I headed back to Chicago. They did a really good job on the plates and lettering. The gold plates he used actually look better than what was originally on it. Big 5 stars for service and the final product. The materials are cheaper, the engraving is less defined, and there is glue smeared on the wood. After twenty years of going there it's time to examine what other options are available.

We had purchased wedding gifts and needed some engraving done. I searched and searched but either…read morethe engravers couldn't do it, wouldn't do it or were out of business. Then I found this little shop in Blue Springs. They said to bring in the items, which consisted of two beautiful wine glasses, a frame and a cloth flower basket with an area for a charm. I took the gifts in and left them and was told I could pick them up next week. Wow! That's fast. I expected the cost to be high but for all three jobs... cha ching! Only $50. Yeah baby, now that's what I'm talking about. The quality of the work was beautiful with even a special charm of a husky with the newlyweds last name engraved on it. They are dog fans and have a husky. We are quite pleased with the work and will recommend them, which is kinda what I'm doing with this review.
