I haven't lived in Modesto in 10 years. During my session, I was sexually abused by the artist Clay. He used the machine in appropriately on my chest and nipples, he placed my hand on his erect penis, took me to the back of the shop to bandage me and assault me more. He grabbed my crotch and breast forcefully. He gave me his number for where he was staying so we can "have some fun." I was 19 at the time. I went in maybe a week later to let Chow, the owner, know that this kind of behavior was happening in his business. I took a friend with me. He yelled at us both, called me a liar, and kicked us out. He was very violent and aggressive. I went to a different artist to finish the tattoo, I'm posting a photo of the complete piece 16 years later. The shop that finished it was Good Time Charlie's, which is now closed. I only mention that because much of the shading that makes this tattoo great was done there and not by Clay or at Talisman. I also don't want End of the Trail to be accused of false accusations. I am in no way affiliated with that shop nor know anyone that works or has ever worked there. I want to warn women against giving this business any more positive attention. Sexual assault and abuse in the tattoo industry is very real. This event happened during a time before Yelp existed and customers did not have a platform to share an honest review of businesses. I went to the police too, unfortunately for sexual abuse and without witnesses this crime is hard to prosecute.

Every artist in this shop is super talented and all of the art on the walls and on other peoples skin really proves it.
