Got trolled so hard here…read more Called in to ask if they do walk ins and the price for ear piercings and gave the price $70 for piercings and studs and said walk ins are available so we agreed. Came in and I asked questions since I never got a piercing and didn't know the procedure but neither the receptionist nor piercer wasn't feeling it that day. Maybe I just caught them in a bad day but either way got my ears pierced quickly. However when I went to pay with my Apple Pay they said cash only AFTER I got my ears pierced and they never said anything on the phone. I asked if I can pay by credit card or Apple way and they pointed at an ATM that I couldn't withdraw money from (since I had no debit card). So since I only had a credit card and apply pay, I had to give up my drivers license and waste about an hour walking around to and back to a gas station that didn't do cash backs and Walgreens a mile away that I had to purchase twice and had a limit of $40 for cash. So after I walked all the way back in the Modesto summer in dress shoes (since I came from an interview) I asked them how should I pay the difference and showed me I can pay with... ...Venmo. ...and yeah, they just made me walk an hour in the blistering heat when I could've just venmoed them the whole time. It's a shame since the place was pretty cool and had a nice vibe to it. I debated on giving them like 2 or 3 stars cause they pierced my ears well but man walking in that Modesto heat for 1 hour in dress shoes to get cash I wasn't informed or needed was not the best experience. So yeah... TLDR: bring cash.

I was recommended by a tattoo artist to go there which is why I booked. I've never been more disrespected and humiliated in my life he kicked me out and refused to show me proof when he said he had evidence of me being rude when I never was. I asked multiple times how I was rude he said it was my voice that's just how I talk then followed me to my car and tried to talk badly about me to my grandma she defended me and he was still trying to blame me for his unprofessional behavior. So I told him to fuck off and I left. I reported to the Ada and exposed him on social media many other women came forward sharing horrible experiences they will be shared with the Ada during the investigation NOT A SAFE PIERCING SHOP.

Bobby does an amazing job and really takes the time to make sure you are happy! Bobby and all staff are so friendly and welcoming! I usually am a bleeder and peel a lot after a tattoo. But both tattoos by Bobby healed BEAUTIFULLY and didn't peel at all which was amazing! I will definitely be back and definitely recommend Bobby. My ONLY complaint... is the shop is cash only... which isn't a huge deal... BUT their on site ATM only dispenses (I think) $300 at a time... and tattoos aren't often less than that price... so you have to do multiple transactions and pay multiple transaction fees to take cash out from their ATM. So, plan ahead and get cash out elsewhere if you can.

My daughter and I have been planning to get tattoos for quite some time. Every time we went to…read moreanother place, they would cancel or just won't be available. So last Saturday after a couple of appointments, I asked my daughter. Do you wanna go get tattoo. We ended up at Emerald in Manteca. We walked in we felt welcomed. Anona was the artist that they hooked us up with. I totally loved her ride from the moment we met her my daughter shoulder what she wanted I explained to her I wanted to show a little draft of the cross. She told us to give her about 25 to 30 minutes. She came back with the drawings. It was exactly how we envisioned them. They were beautiful. She started to work on us in the conversation with her was awesome. She understood what we were looking for. May feel really comfortable. As well as the rest of the team did as well there was another family and they're getting tattoos together also and I think we all bonded over our tattooing. The work here is phenomenal. The place is clean. There's a love great artist there. You definitely will find someone that meet your vibe and what you're looking for. I definitely will be back in the future for any work that I wanna have completed. She makes some sick work. It is awesome. I don't think I wanna get tattooed by anyone else.

Unfortunately I must update this review to reflect the current customer service after the business…read moremoved to Modesto. I had been a customer for years 4 plus and thought that I should have been made aware of the move but was not. I had purchased waxing services by the year and paid $540 upfront. This has been the case for years prior. Crystal had always gone red my services until now. I had several waxes left when she moved but was informed that my waxing contract expired. After reading the contract it is true it had expired but how unprofessional to have not given me a courtesy reminder prior to the expiration or moving towns. I randomly went to book a wax in September last year and seen the address had changed. I text her to inquire about the move and she responded by confirming the move stating she had just reopened. Unfortunately the vibe of excellent customer service is gone. All the five star reviews from Stockton should be removed as it gives customers a false impression. Make sure you read reviews for new Modesto location! I can no longer recommend this business.
