I contacted MyRadiantBody via the chat option on Google which was honestly my first plus part; I spoke with Erin who thoroughly communicated with me regarding my swollen conch piercings. I wanted to keep them pierced and was afraid I had to remove them entirely due to the swelling (pierced at a different place) Erin allowed me to drop in right away which was another plus. I was then greeted by Irene who was the piercer to assist me. I was in a lot of pain and she was thorough as well as gentle. Me being a big baby needed a break and cried a little bit but the tears were joyful! She did it so smoothly and relieved so much pain! We were able to keep my conches pierced and just replace the bars for longer ones. I felt immediate relief! I avoided coming to this shop due to pricing but I must say it's well worth it! I wish I would've came here first instead. They even have follow up appointments for you to come in and have them rechecked for any infection or irritation. My second visit I needed to change back to original stud for upcoming MRIs and I got to meet Erin. I feel like it was a challenge to find a good place to pierce my six month old daughter's ears . I did a bunch of research and I found this place and I'm SOOO glad I did! We were greeted right away by Israel who was very nice. First thing I noticed was how clean the shop was! Which is huge for me. Aaron the piercer came out and greeted us. He went in full detail about all the jewelry they offered, and what would be best for our daughter, as I have a sensitivity to certain jewelry . I took my baby girl here to get her ears pierced. Erin was incredibly gentle, calm and quick. My daughter hardly cried - truly believe she only cried because I had to hold her head still. The studio is very clean. While the entire process is pricy, nothing is too much for a professional and relaxed experience. Took my baby here to get her ears at 6 months old. The attention to detail is what sold me. Both ears are even on both sides which other places might fail to do. Very clean studio and great with baby's. My baby did not even cry in her visit and he gave me an after care kit to sanitize the area until it completely healed.
