Amazing food, service and located in the San Clemente Ole town . Cute place with open air setting so you can enjoy the outdoors . Everything I ate was on point - very reasonably priced menu. My favorite was the empanadas.

So many delicious things on the menu

Outstanding customer service, pheomial food, and a chill vibe. Peruvian pictures, artwork and colors fill this lovely restaurant. From the warm wood acxents, and Carmel leather chairs, to the crisp white walls, this place is unbelievably welcoming to anyone who seeks this delicous peruian food. With a table of 4 people, we opted to try several appetizers and three main dishes. Everything...yes, everything was absolutely delicious. Any friends or family visiting this area? I'm sending them here. Where else can you get beautifully created food, loaded with flavor, and easy on the eyes? Here... That's where.

Excellent local Peruvian food restaurant. Their Rib Eye Saltado is my favorite, but the Pollo Verde is a close second. Stavros the owner, manager has done a great job bringing his restaurant to the Old Town Plaza. We would like to see a remodel of the old bar, which is not what it needs to be....but other than that, this is a real good dinner place that is unique for Our little seaside town....Food is delicious, service is good and decor is original old Spanish style, and nice!

Quaint restaurant, beautiful interior with high wood beam ceilings, skylights and a fireplace. Small menu but worthy. Lomo Saltado was perfect and the right portion, the rib eye steak was so tender and full of flavor from the seasoning they use, would definitely order again. Hubby ordered chicken with spinach and basil sauce, tasty but not amazing. Wish I had bread to soak up the juices on my plate. We also had the empanadas, steak was perfectly cooked and tender, shrimp was in a creamy sauce. Plastic plates did not impress. Customer service was very good, even though there was only 1 waiter for a few busy tables; mught ha e been the owner or manager. I was hoping for Peruvian icecream or some type of dessert, nada. We will be back!

Disappointed in the fact I was charged an 18% in house dinning fee. That is a lot of money to charge customers on top of the 3% credit card fee and the state taxes. I don't recall seeing this posted anywhere prior to eating but it's possible it may have been in small letters and I just missed it. When I asked the server she said it includes gratuity but the receipt to sign also had the tipping line so?! This needs to be disclosed in a better manner to ensure the customers know what they are getting themselves into simply for dining in. With that being said, the food was good and the location inside is beautiful. I really enjoyed my Lomo saltado. I love Peruvian food, just bummed at the total cost and fees of everything. Service was decent. The waitress seemed to be serving the whole restaurant by herself and was very busy.

So many positives make for a 5 Star Peruvian restaurant experience. Perfect for a date night! Thoughtful, well designed interior is prepared for small and large group seating. Love the working fireplace, high ceilings, and exposed beams!! Knowledgeable and attentive wait staff. Arrived for lunch New Year's Day and enjoyed Chicken Empanadas and split an order of Tallarin Verde con Pollo. Missing from previous Peruvian restaurants: bread with Aji sauce and Alfajores (dessert). Can't wait to return for dinner!

Amazing Peruvian experience for you foodies! PROs: The staff was amazing, the manager was our waiter and he was top notch. The decor is very cool with a South American Native vibe. Very large full bar - the West Coast IPA on tap was delicious. We had the halibut ceviche, plantains, and ribeye saltado. All it was flavorful, balanced, and well portioned. I highly recommend this place. Also, the bathrooms are spacious, well stocked, and clean. CONs: Parking is a little tight due to all the shops in the plaza but there is an overflow lot across the street for free.

Hidden gem alert! Inka Mama's is one of my main go-to spots in SC mainly for the shrimp scampi, which I come back for again and again. The yuca with the green sauce is unreal. The owner + staff are always warm, welcoming, and accommodating. HIGHLY recommend.

Came here on my birthday on a beautiful Saturday Met Stavros, incredible vibes. My wife chose this place and i keep kissing her for doing so -- vibes are immaculate, the decor is on point, and it's the best ceviche I've ever had. Tons of lime, spice, freshness , blew me away Still haven't had my entree -- told Stavros to choose whatever he wants. Will be RUNNING back to this place. Also, great lighting for photos - my wife looks stunning here (and everywhere)

Arroz Con Pollo , so good

Good food, nice peruvian option in San Clemente, friendly service. Arroz con pollo is fantastic.

I always forget how spicy the food is here even though I tell them to make it mild. I don't think they understand what "not spicy" means nor do they get no red onions or gluten-free. Maybe I should learn my lesson since I always have heartburn after I order from Inka mamas. I guess I'm just a wimp. Anyway, where's my crunchy corn? That's the best thing on the menu!! I will give three stars to how nice Jordan is on the phone.

My husband likes his $30 whiskey sour. Our only complaint is it could've been served in a whiskey cup and not a cocktail cup. My drink was good, forgot what it was called. We were served by everyone. Our main waitress was wonderful. Our water was always refilled. Our order was taken by another gentlemen who had memorized our order. The waiter who brought out our executive board explained the whole board. SO MUCH MEAT!!! It all tasted excellent. Their bread roll on the appetizer portion was like nothing I've ever tasted. How on earth does it stay so fluffy!? I mean, that's every carb lovers dream. We had a wonderful dinner. We will be back again.

Ordered were a Pepperoni pizza and the Margherita pizza. Margherita is always too bland for me no matter where I have it. I have to go for pepperoni always on my pizza, and it was tasty. I would've added mushrooms, but it wasn't my turn. Nice crust, flavorful, very thin Woodfired pizza. Just a note-share and eat it there. Too floppy for leftovers. My preference. Tagliatelle Bolognese was upscale flavor with the right spice and totally 100% agreed with my taste buds. I am a fan of thinner pasta, but this is how it's done at Parlor. Funny, it was extremely long strands of pasta so have your knife ready. Unlike the pizza, it made great leftovers, and I thought it tasted even better the next day. So I don't recommend sharing it. Their website teases that food is coming soon. It is a fairly small place and I would definitely recommend making a reservation on Yelp. If there are no reservations available when you want to visit, they also have a Yelp live waitlist. The building has its own parking lot with about ten spaces and is shared with the sushi speakeasy upstairs. We arrived around 6:30pm on a Sunday night, and luckily there were still quite a few spaces available. A half hour later, the place was packed. The outside of the building is not marked. Enter through the red double doors in front, walk to the right, and the entrance will be easy to spot. Seating options include eight seats at the bar, four high-top tables in the main area that seat four people each, and a slightly raised grotto area with one four-seat table and two two-seat tables. We often like to sit at the bar, but I reserved a table in the grotto so we could get the full experience and I'm glad I did. The interior has great décor with a mix of tiki and pirate ship elements. The walls are wooden plank, with cargo netting, ropes, and tiki lights above. The walls have portraits of Goonies movie characters. Take two steps up to the grotto area, and you are inside of a cave with skulls, shells, and treasures embedded in the cave walls. There is also a small waterfall in the corner. Scan the QR code on the table for the cocktail menu. It is colorful and many of the drinks have names tied to The Goonies. Each drink also has zero, one, or two skulls next to it to indicate the booziness factor. They have quite a few original cocktails as well as classic tiki drinks, a few mocktails, spirits, beer, and wine. I started out with the Ash Landing (Hamilton Pot Still Blonde Rum, Hamilton 86 Demerara Rum, Hamilton Pimento Dram, Angostura Bitters, Pineapple, Lime, Ginger, One Skull booziness, $14). This was definitely a little on the boozy side, with good ginger flavor and the pineapple and lime in the background. She started out with the One-Eyed Willy (Pou Vodka, Lychee, Guava, Coconut, Sweet & Sour, $15, keep the mug for $65). It is rare that a vodka drink is my favorite of the night, but this was both of our favorites. It was very balanced and juicy, and not boozy at all. The guava, coconut, and citrus from the sweet and sour were all there. We bought the mug, and they bring you a new one in original packaging. The purchased mug is colored a little differently (blue instead of black) than the mug the drink is served it, but it still looks great. While walking around taking pictures, I ran into our server and mentioned that it was my girlfriend's birthday. He kindly brought us some shots on the house. He said it was a recipe they had for shots during Halloween, and it tasted like a spin on a kamikaze. It was very good and much appreciated. I have a hard time resisting a cool mug, so for my second drink I ordered the Slick Shoes (Planteray Pineapple Rum, Worthy Park Rum, Bounty Dark Rum, Strawberry, Papaya, Lime Juice, $17). It is served in a cool sneaker mug with a flaming lime half on top. It was nicely balanced and just a tiny bit boozy. It had a nice light fruit flavor, not overly sweet at all. I think it is sometimes served in a regular glass, so if you order it, be sure to ask for the sneaker mug. Her second cocktail was the Never Say Die (Producer Mezcal, Kiwi, Lemon, Mango, Grilled Pineapple, $14). The smokiness of the mezcal was on the hairy edge of being too smoky for me, but she loved it. She could taste the kiwi and mango. We shared one last drink, the Garden of Eden (Papa's Pilar Blonde Rum, Lavender, Lemon, Elderflower, Cucumber Bitters, One Skull booziness, $17). It had an interesting (good) floral flavor profile, and didn't strike me as boozy at all. I could definitely taste the cucumber notes from the bitters. There was good 80s music playing in the background. It's a Goonies themed bar, I get it, but we would have enjoyed a few tiki songs in the mix too. There is one unisex restroom out in the lobby area. It is nice that they also themed it with wooden plank on the walls and ceiling, and some nautical décor. Daniel was our server and was very friendly and provided great service. Thanks again Daniel for the birthday shots! Bartender Felipe also delivered one round of our drinks and was also very friendly. All of the drinks were good and there are definitely more on the menu that we would like to return and try. We had a real fun time, thanks Lost Inferno!

It ranges from street tacos to some fun jalapeño poppers and various enchiladas and such. Salsa is red and tasty and chips are fresh. Margaritas are well-made and there is a good drinks menu at pretty standard $20 and under dollar prices. Service was polite, and we asked at the beginning of the meal to split the check because one of our friends is being cautious about funds and it was not a problem since we asked at the beginning of the meal. Prices sit restaurant level for this area, which means dinner for two with two margaritas each is $100. As per all main San Clemente, parking is extremely limited and usually not directly in the attached lot. Bathrooms are also part of a plaza system so much more shared and informal. This is a fun little spot and we will probably be back again.
