Good inkjet replacement cartridges at VERY good prices (how about eight dollars instead of eighteen?). The inks work fine in my Canon i9900 printer with no perceptible image quality loss and no problems such as nozzle clogging. Since I found them I have more than cut my ink costs in half. Some critics of third-party replacement cartridges argue that the inks will have less archival life.... I can't speak to that, because I might have to wait 10 years to tell, but most pros who use third-party ink note that if a print fades they can print it again. Only a few of those pros say that if they sold a print to a customer who could *not* themselves reprint it, they would prefer the original manufacturer inks which are certified fade-resistant for (in the case of Canon) thirty to seventy years (at least if displayed under glass). The bottom line here is that I very much like Ink and Toner Solutions' products and buy them consistently, and am delighted with the results, and have seen no problems of any kind in the year or two I've been a customer. read more

I have been shopping here for about 2 years now. The staff is always incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable- in fact, they even come outside to help me shop when I have a kid all buckled into a bike trailer! They are a small business in the very best way- attentive, caring, dedicated to our town and their customer's satisfaction. I refuse to go to Staples or any other chain store for my ink not only because I want to keep money circulating in my beloved Northampton, but because I know that I am getting a great product for a fair price that is also better for the planet. I cannot say enough good things about this store- I actually enjoy shopping here because the employees are genuine, cool people who seem to be treated well, paid well and actually interested in helping me find what I need. I just finished my master's degree and I have a kid in high school, so we are purchasing ink pretty much constantly because we are always writing and printing papers- so take it from me- this place rocks. read more

The service staff, esp. Chris, cannot be beat. I've had some difficult issues with both my PC desktop and MacBook and they've proved expert with both systems. And .. .they'll go the extra mile to help you out and their prices are very fair. The first 1/2 hour is free -- or at least it was when I first worked with them 3 years ago. Even though I live in Amherst now, I take all my business to Ink and Toner in Northampton -- because they care and treat you with respect and are very calm and understanding about how stressful computer problems can be. This business is so service oriented it is amazing!!! Chris and all the others are utterly helpful - they come to my car to bring my printer into the shop and bring it back to my car when it's fixed...They come to my home office when necessary to work on it with my own computer...they do EVERYTHING they can to make everything work altogether...spending hours to bring things together so it all works out. Astonishing. My friend from New Hampshire brought a printer down for service and his bill was less than what they quoted...can it get any better than this? THANKS!!! read more

I had an excellent experience getting my computer serviced by Ed! He is incredibly friendly, very knowledgeable and was very timely with service. He also went above and beyond, giving me suggestions on how to save money on programs for my new computer and making sure I correctly downloaded my old documents. I had bought a reconditioned toner on line and it ended up causes streaks in everything I printed. Ink and Toner solutions cleaned up my printer, helped me find the right replacement toner and charged me less than I thought I would have to pay. I couldn't be more pleased with the result.
