I'd driven by Inhale a couple times when trying different restaurants in the area and just hadn't gone in. I'm not exactly a yoga practitioner if you know what I mean. However, the internet is always listening and I saw an event invite for a performance art event with an original and fun take on spirituality. Yes, i am being intentionally vague about the event! In any case, the event and performance art space I went to had a great presentation flow. The large open space is great for creativity and the wood floor is homey and inviting to get comfortable. The wood also provides great acoustics for sultry beats. The hosts also had fresh, healthy snacks liker strawberries and papaya out. Dim lighting also helped the ambiance. Oh, they also have a terrace for outdoor activities and a rarity for the area, an actual parking lot. I definitely look forward to future events! read more

Loved it!! The space is so nice and calming. Came here for Sunday family yoga so you can bring the kids and it was so much fun. They had mats so I got lucky and snagged one for me in my four-year-old. It was such a nice class and it actually had a nice group of people about 10 to 12 people. They had an indoor and outdoor yoga space for meditation as well. They also had water available for patrons and nice calming music flowing in the background. This is going to be my go to place on Sundays for yoga while I rehabilitate from surgery on my foot. I'm so happy I found it and the best part that Sunday class is free but they do except donations And everyone should donate when they go. I'll definitely be back in thank you for the Zen Sunday. Let me start off by saying I found the venue Inhale Miami in search of a place to host my wedding rehersal due to last min changes the week of my wedding. Rikki was beyond sweet and prompt. Rikki reached out to my with no hesitation in response time made sure she answered any questions I had, customer service was phenomenal. I'm giving 4 stars because I need more than one visit to decide if I like a yoga studio and this was a preview class, they don't open until September. I have a feeling I will be giving 5 stars once they are open and I go more frequently. So here's the deal, I want a fun, uplifting, athletic practice. I don't want to spend much time chanting things in Sanskrit when I don't know the meaning, I don't want too much deep philosophy because I came for yoga and I don't know what your education is in terms of Buddhism, Hinduism, or any other ism. I do want you to create positive vibes and inspire me to reach a hit into my soul. I like some heat but in almost August in Miami I cannot practice in most studios as they don't believe in a/c and I literally get nauseous. So I'm quite thankful for this beautiful little gem in little Haiti. The owners has their act way way together. The space is hip as can be on the outside with cool graffiti and as inviting as possible on the inside with a warmth as soon as you walk in. Studio is gorgeous w/o being pretentious. It is airy and spacious and it smells deelish from the candles. The practice is fun, sporty yet never fails to connect your body and your mind. The instructor is lively and easy to follow and she is assisted by wonderful assistants. And it is just air conditioned enough. I can't explain how grateful I was to practice in Miami w/o suffering heat stroke and end up slipping on my May and in my arm balances from sweat. They open in September and I'm sure this won't just be yoga but a community as well. I cannot wait until they open so I can start a regular practice there. read more

I wandered in here because my other yoga class at the boxing studio nearer my house was canceled so I chanced upon this amazing space on a Thursday at noon, having found them on the mind-body app. Located in the emerging area of Miami making an interesting proposition in an area off the beaten path. It is a spacious, airy and beautiful vibe, with enough parking to make is super accessible... for now, who knows here in Miami as neighborhoods grow like weeds. The owner Nikki gave me a private class on that mid day where no one else showed up and it was just fine with me as I was totally healing from a labral tear and torn meniscus. She was great and gave me those sweet adjustments that we old school teachers just love to get. At a time when there are more yoga teachers and studios then it seems demand can satisfy I commend her on offering a bit of an option to the neighborhoods that are underserved. I am back in Miami now at the end of August to teach yoga myself at a few clients and spaces and I plan on taking out a package while I stay down here...I have a feeling it will be like coming home. read more

I went for my first time last night for the 1st Monday of the month Chakra balancing. It's easy to find the building, it's very colorful! Lots of parking available on the side of the building. I went alone at night and wasn't sure about the surrounding area but since parking was right by the door, I didn't have to walk but a few steps. Inside, it's very nice. Very clean and calming. Props and mats were available too. Our session was a mixture of meditation, drawing attention and breath to our different chakras, and gentle, restorative yoga. It was very comfortable and easy to let go. I look forward to trying more classes here. read more

I love Inhale Miami! Since I live in Little Haiti, I was so excited to see a yoga studio open in the heart of the Little Haiti business district. It is a hopeful bright spot in an area that's been underserved for many services, including yoga and bodywork. I was even more impressed after two classes there. The owner, Rikki, is highly motivated to interact with the community through events and classes, and even with the kids in the area by recruiting them for free kids classes. I think that's amazing. She also support local artists by displaying them and having showings, and she's had local "street artists" doing really beautiful murals. I used to teach yoga a few years ago, but have fallen out of a practice. I have tried many styles and prefer a practice that focuses on the breath and takes time to explore each pose, and I love a deep sivasana as the desert after the meal. For me, it is about going to that place that has no description, where thoughts become trifles instead of a beating, insistent drum in my head, and my body finds a deep rest. Rikki took me there. She focused on the flow of the breath with the movement, getting the most benefit out of each pose, and letting go of all those humdrum thoughts. Rikki seems able to take people to the edge where you get the most challenge for your individual body. The rest of my day at work was significantly shifted as I found myself much more buoyant and effortlessly happy. I haven't tried the bodywork yet but I will. The overall prices are extremely reasonable and I sincerely hope they can stay that way. For myself, I can't afford to take a spin class for $30, a yoga class for $18, nor a monthly subscription for $120 or whatever. But I can afford a $7 yoga class regularly. I already happily consider Inhale Miami my home studio... read more

I travel to Miami a couple times a year and i like having my consistent places to go when I visit. I just found my yoga spot!! I was in the area and needed to find a place to stretch strengthen and get blissed out ASAP. You'll know you arrived when you see the gorgeous mural of a bird on the building. Upon entering the lobby they offer organic fruit juices coconut water and info on events. This spot isn't just a yoga studio it's a center for yogis and non yogis. After checking in i chose a mat from the wall yoga mat art (I inquired about it and the owner mentioned a local artist made it for the center and all the furniture is sourced from recycled materials) the class was held in a large airy open space (there is ac for the summer months) and the instructor was amazing! She had a great tone to her class and was helpful to those that needed adjustments. The pace of the class was smooth too - and that's important too! I will be fer sure coming here regularly and I can't wait to try out the massages and acupuncture especially after traveling! Inhale Miami also offers events that are exactly what I'm interested in the glow yoga for when I want to party up my flow or the Halloween party that was a family event for the kiddies too! I took my first class at Inhale Miami and I'm so sad I don't live here or this would be my spot! To start with, the studio is as warm and inviting as the Miami climate. It's clear the students enjoy the environment because many chose to linger after class and just be, and enjoy their post yoga high. The space itself is large and inspiring. Obviously this is a studio built with love. Rikki is an inspiring teacher. I love the style of the class and that she asked throughout the class how it feels to breath now in this pose. Such a great reminder to tune in to the breath and how it feels in conjunction to the pose, and worry less about everything else. But really I think most important is that the class reminded me why I love yoga and have stayed with it for so long. In a day and age of power yoga and hot yoga, to find a studio and class with true soul is a blessing and a rarity. This studio is a gem. read more
