Looks like people either really like or really don't like Ingrams. I guess I'm in the middle of the road. I knew I needed brakes on my vehicle, so I called and made an appointment. I spoke with Todd and he told me they were running a $150 brake special. I was told they would call me in 30-40 minutes and let me know what they found. Awesome, I head down the street to have some coffee and breakfast. After hour and half, they call and say I need brakes and one of the front brake lines is leaking and needs replaced, all to the tune of $624. Price sounds high to me but at this point the Jeep is in pieces, I've taken time from work and traveled across town to the shop. Basically, they have to order parts even though I made an appointment to have my brakes replaced. My vehicle is 9 years old, has 90k and has never had brakes. I'm 100% sure it needs brakes! Next time, I think I'll just order my own parts. I've been in around cars my whole life so I know what it needs, not just another pretty face here. Yeah, yeah... I know most people think they know what they need. At this point, it's well past noon and I phone a friend because I knew my vehicle was going to be there all day. All in all, I think the work was solid, although I'll admit I wish they would've replaced the front rotors instead of just turning them because they don't match the rears now. Yeah, it's my thing, but it bugs me every time I look it now. Ok, the good... mechanic work seems solid, lots of places in Old Town to chill out, eat, drink while your vehicle is getting worked on. Light Rail is right there if you want to head downtown. Yeah, it's a garage.. not a place you want to hang out all day. The bad, it's too far for me to drive and I don't want to waste an entire day to have work done that should've only been half a day max. read more

Ingram Car Care Center - Auto Repair Near Me - Arvada, Colorado

I've been taking my car here for years. Ingram's is honest with fair prices and quality work.

I have been taking my car to Ingram for the past couple of years. I work right across the street and they helped real quick when my car was overheating. Like saw me immediately. I have taken my car there ever since. They are fast, friendly, NEVER overcharge me for work done. I trust them implicitly. I won't go anywhere else. Neither should you. read more

If I could give them 0 stars I would, these douches replaced My steering rack and had them do an oil change and replaced my power steering pump some struts and other things , 6 six trips back to their shop And a month later still everything isnt fixed because they put used parts in my car that were faulty, they charge me 5K for the work alongside some other things, didn't even change my oil filter that I even provided them, these guys are actually the worst and I wish I could sue them I really Hope no one ever goes here these guys are sexist and won't listen to you or take care of you and will just run your pocket read more

Unfortunately bought the $150 Groupon for brakes, pads, drums and rotors and inspection. They told me my pads where 90% and my rotors where too thin to machine which I understand but thinking they lied now. Then tried to give me a $800 bill for things they thought should be done. Laughable. I ended up buying rotors and obviously they replaced the pads with the $150 Groupon and she said on the phone while I was there we got them for $25 a piece and charged me $210 for them lol!!! That was done in my face. Don't buy that Groupon and you can see the ethic and morals of the company from my comment. read more

I want to start by saying thank you so so much to the staff here. I came into Ingram Westminster location to get my brake pads changed it was hands down the most pleasant experience I have ever had when getting my car worked on! After they had the pads off my car I was brought to the back and explained and shown in detail all of suggested work the mechanic saw. I was given a very fair quote on everything without being pushed into doing anything at all. Beyond the incredible service, these are just good, kind people who aren't trying to squeeze you. They are honest and hardworking. I have nothing but good things to say. They even have a pup on site! And are walking distance from an amazing donut shop (carol lees). The only bummer in this story is that I found this place right before moving. If I still lived in the area it would be the only place I would ever use moving forward for any work on my car. I can not recommend them highly enough. I promise if you give them a try you will feel the same. read more

Great place to take your autos. Great service, great guys.. I totally recommend this place

I had been taken advantage of by AutoNation when I purchased my 2013 Ram. My brakes calipers had locked up on the f*&^kin' highway soon after I purchased the vehicle from AutoNation. I was going 75MPH when my left-rear locked up due to AutoNation's incompetency or dangerous selling habits (you pick one). When a left-rear wheel locks up at 75MPH, things tend to get pretty interesting...Without my cobra-like reflexes it would have ended in tragedy for me and a few cars around me. The family that owns and runs Ingram Car Care Center rescued me by providing fast and quality service at a fair price. Todd rebuilt my dangerous "AutoNation-Trying-To-Murder-Me-Brakes" and even gave me a lift to his favorite burger joint while I waited... Highly recommend! read more

My car was not starting properly and so I called Ingram Car Care Center. I spoke with Marc who said it sounded like the battery. He said he could get my car in for service first thing in the morning. Upon arrival, Marc checked the battery and found that it needed to be replaced. Within 20 minutes I was back on the road, new battery installed. He also offered me a few options for a warranty on the battery which I appreciated. Friendly, professional service - I highly recommend them! Their "mascot", Bear, kept me company while I waited - it was a fun visit to the auto shop, believe it or not. Recommended! read more

Tried this place out because of the groupon deal for breaks and was told they were a good shop. My experience here was the worst I have had going to a repair shop. I called the day before knowing I needed my breaks replaced and spoke with Kim. Keep in mind this is a family run business. Told her I needed new breaks, that I also was hit so needed that checked out and also needed a vehicle inspection because I haven't had a tune up since 5+ years maybe more and that I needed to be out at a certain time to put my son down for a nap. She scheduled me at 845 the next day. I arrived 7 min late my bad and apologized. My truck didn't get in the shop till after 930....finally got the word that I needed new breaks which I knew I needed!? Also a long list of other things which is fine that's why I got the inspection. Now this is 1030 finally and they dont have all the parts and will take 2 more hours to get parts. What is the point of having an appointment when you dont have all the parts??? Okay. I said fine I need these and was told the truck won't be done till 130 or 2. So I wait because I have no one to come pick me up and live far away which 2 is pushing it for my son but I can manage. Its 1230 now a large order of pizza shows up and everyone starts eating which is fine but my parts finally arrive and the pizza is more important than me waiting 3.5 hours. One guy started on them around 1 pm... I just don't get it where is the customer service here? There were 3 mechanics there total. Let's talk about the shop. Absolutely disgusting!!!! Would it hurt to clean your establishment. Including office, shop, and bathroom. Dust, dirt, and dead bugs everywhere. Hand stains and God knows what else on the windows and walls. I understand this is an auto shop not a eating establishment but take some damn pride in your business. Along, with kim and mechanics smoking in the actual shop!!!!! Car doors open and door to shop open Hmmm let's see smoke travels. Smh. Just appalled. Oh and there was no soap in bathroom to wash our hands. 2 PM rolls around still not finished. My son and I were walking because he is throwing a fit now so I called and kim is now saying I am missing a backing plate and trying to find one somewhere. At this point I just want to leave. 5 hours with a toddler yes I need to leave. The mechanic came out to show me ther parts and what was missing great! I ask him if I should make other arrangements if it's going to take longer which he said yes so I called an uber and told Kim I need my car seat. I leave and call around 4 and asked Kim if they had any luck finding the part? Yes they are putting everything back together you can head back. Great, I arrive and she says they couldn't find the part but they put something else to help!!! Wtf I specifically asked if they found the part and she said yes over the phone. I'm so appalled and so upset I'm signing and paying over 1000 now + uber. I get home looked at the statement and this lady put on the invoice that I refused part and didn't want to wait. Which none of that was said. Of course I dont want to be there 5+ hours but that is why I left and called to see if it was finished. To top it off she handed me the invoice backwards were you sign not front wards which proves she doesn't know how to do business and was hiding the fact she wrote I refused part. Do. Not. Go. Here. read more

Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere, especially if you are a female. Make sure your receipts are 100% accurate and you get VERY DETAILED receipts for the work they claim to do. I have had numerous things repaired on my car and 1.) the pinion leak they claimed to have fixed, started leaking again and a dealership picked it up saying they had repaired the big leak but it was clear they neglected to fix the ENTIRE leak. 2.) When they did a simple oil change on my car, "Grandpa" punctured a hole in my oil pan and they ended up having to cover it. 3.) When they replaced my battery, the dealership said they did not hook it up correctly which was why I was still having issues starting my car. The dealership resolved this and I haven't had any issues since. As a first responder and a single mom working two jobs, I don't have the time to deal with rude people I trusted so much in the past enough to give them great Google, Yelp and social media reviews in the past which I have since revised. read more

The guys at Ingram Car Care are decent, fair, reliable and fast!

These people are scam artists. I bought a 1997 Dodge Dakota from them less than one year ago and have put less then 3,000 miles on it in 11 months. Shortly after buying it, I took it to Big O Tires in Arvada for an oil change. They listed a bunch of problems with the truck, including transmission oil pan leak and other oil leaks. I took it back to Ingram's, and they checked it out again. Todd told me that "I did get the truck looked at and everything they were saying was pretty much wrong" - I have texts. He cited no oil leak problems. He also tried to reassure me that his company's reputation was at stake. Fast forward a few months, I took it back to his shop for the ongoing oil leaks, and it turned out to be extremely expensive repairs- too cost prohibitive to fix. I just got a second opinion at Sundance Automotive (whom I recommend btw) - Rear main seal leak, oil pan gasket, transmission reverse light switch, transmission pan gasket, front differential pinion seal, left and right front axle seals, and left front struts leaking. Bottom line - Ingram KNEW that some or MOST of these issues existed when he sold the vehicle to me. He DENIED the problems when another maintenance shop found them immediately after the sale. HE IS A CROOK AND A LIAR - DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES HERE OR BUY FROM TODD AND KIM!! ABSOLUTELY NO ETHICS!! read more

I learned about this center ~3 years when I lived downtown and needed new brakes. Now I live south Denver (which illustrates how many options I drove past to return here). I have a challenging 6 day work week and NEED my vehicle. 4 days ago I heard one of my brakes squeaking. When I called to attempt a same day visit with expecting an all day wait, they had me in and out within 2-3 hours, which with the wi-fi time was not even noticed. When checking out he said that the pads were warranted from 3 years ago, but I was still anticipating labor costs but these were not charged. When I asked about labor he said not to worry about it. In short, exceptional customer service and they stand by their work! I left very-very happy to know honesty and integrity of small business exceeds every little potential charge for revenue opportunity. Cheers to you guys & thank you kindly for everything!!! read more
