He has been super responsive throughout the process. Our technician, Julio, arrived promptly, was friendly, and worked extremely efficiently. He quickly identified that our A/C, which was just blowing out air, had a non functional capacitor and contactor. Julio even showed us the faulty parts so we could verify the issue ourselves.
