The prices for retail customers are a bit ridiculous considering what they are selling. I purchased a goby and it even with slow acclimation it died very quickly. I blame myself for buying from this place and even fee guilty doing so. This is not a retail fish store. This is a place where the retailers go and understand 50% of the fish will die before resale.

Jessie was warm, patient, and an incredible coach. She immediately connected with our shy daughter, using thoughtful strategies to support her from warm-ups through the entire session. I've taken my children numerous times and even brought them a baby tortoise we found wandering down the alley behind a pizza place. We most recently went for their Enchanted Hallow's Eve. Each room was decorated with a different theme, from Inside Out to pirates to Star Wars. It was so well done with fun trick or treat stations along the way. Take a tour, support the animals, and adopt, don't shop!

In terms of route setting for the rope climbs, I do feel as though the grades are pretty soft, especially 5.6 - 5.11b. There's also tons and tons of 5.6 - 5.9 climbs, way more than I've seen anywhere else, and it does feel limiting for regulars who come often. I'd love to see more climbs that focus on technique rather than pure strength, and more challenging aspects added to the lower grades. I've brought many climbers of all levels who feel as tho it's super easy up until 5.11c, and then suddenly it gets very very hard. It'd be great to have more of a gradual ramp up in difficulty. Overall I do love it here and keep coming back each week.

First they hit all the kids harnessed up and then they watched a safety video before enter the climbing area. There are so many different walls and there are corresponding numbers to what level of difficulty it is, with number 5 before the mist difficult. Again, thank you to the attentive staff who noticed my daughter's helmet was loose after a climb and her harness also needed tightening. We were lucky with parking because we found a spot tight in front of the door but I definitely saw a lot of street parking We're already talking about our next birthday party here
