This is my go-to cleaners for all of my last minute needs! The customer service is on par and is extremely efficient and they help make your life easier by just looking you up by your phone number! I took an international trip where I bought a lot of clothes that needed to be professionally dry cleaned so I brought them here. The lady at the counter was very nice and handled my garments carefully. She paid close attention to my request since I had a shirt that needed to be hemmed again. When I got my items back they were sparkling clean and my shirt looked like new! They offer you a small discount if you pay for items upfront instead of when you come back to pick them up, so to me it's worth the time, which is none, and effort to go there. I've been doing business with Hi- Tech Cleaners for over two years. I left my comforter here and the Cleaners Employee stole it. A heavyset Mexican woman maybe 40 or possibly 50 who claims to be the owner. The best part is I asked for a receipt for all the laundry I've ever done and there was no pick up receipt for my 500-dollar comforter. This is a breach of trust with a local company in our neighborhood. It seems as if Hi-Tech Cleaners can't be trusted with any luxury items. I asked to check the cameras and she refused. She also tried to steal my Burberry blouse also. I'm so devastated about my favorite comforter. read more

I really hate that I have to do this but my experience today at Hi-Tech Cleaners was absolutely abhorrent. On Tuesday afternoon, I dropped off four pairs of pants for alterations (including a pair of beige leather pants); each of them needed to be hemmed, tapered, and to be taken in 1/2 inch in the crotch area. All four pairs of pants were brand new with tags still attached. In fact, they had been delivered just prior to me dropping them off for alterations. I was told that they would be ready on Friday at 2pm. I paid in full, in advance. I arrived at 4pm on Friday to retrieve my items. At that time, I was informed that the seamstress was not in yet. The owner, Angie, contacted the seamstress by phone and informed me that she said she would need until 5:15pm to get my items were ready. Angie offered to deliver the items to me instead of me having to come back. I appreciated that and provided her with my address and contact information. I live about 3 minutes away from the shop. 5:15pm came and went and I hadn't heard from anyone at Hi-Tech. At about 6:00pm, I attempted to contact Hi-Tech by phone and there was no answer. I contacted the cell phone number listed on the business card and Angie answered. She stated that she had to leave due to some kind of emergency involving a car key and would be returning to the shop in 20 minutes. She said once she returned, she would have her son deliver my items to me. After 20 minutes passed and no update, I decided to go retrieve the items myself. After several minutes of delay, a man, who I assume to be Angie's son, brought my items from the back and began to place plastic over them. I asked him to see the items before he wrapped them up. He brought all four pants to the front and the beige leather pair had very noticeable blue ink stains on each pant leg. When I pointed the stains out, the man immediately became defensive, stating the stains were there when they were dropped off. First of all, he was not there when I dropped the pants off, which he admitted. Secondly, that assumption (or "speculation" as he referred to it) made no sense. If the pants had stains on them when they were dropped off, why wouldn't I include a cleaning service? Neither Angie or I noticed these stains when the items were dropped off and pinned? He continued to argue with me and did not once apologize for the several inconveniences I had experienced up to that point. This man was rude and aggressive. Even at one point telling me that he was "waiting for [me] to leave". After initially deciding to leave that pair behind so that they can correct their mistake, I decided against it. It's not even worth having to return to this disgusting establishment. The customer service experience was one of the worst I have ever encountered. Hi-Tech was my go-to neighborhood cleaner but that ends today. There are so many issues with the way the situation was handled. My best advice is to go elsewhere for your cleaning and alteration services. read more

A Big, big improvement. I.am not sure if this is under new management or what because I hadn't been to this cleaners for 2 years. I dropped my skirt off Friday and she said, it will be ready tomorrow which is Saturday. I was pleasantly greeting with a hello and a smile. I arrived on Saturday to pick up my skirt and again I was pleasantly greeted. It was pretty busy and they treated all customers with respect. My skirt needed a little stitch which was done Nicely. My skirt looked like I just bought it from the store. This is my cleaners again. Hope they keep up the good work. read more

The people here are very rude and overall this place conducts bad business. I took my hotel comforter cover (a over 200$ item) to be pressed and it was brand new out of the bag. The pick up date was given and we had to go back twice after the date and when we picked it up, it was sorta late and in a hurry, we inspected the item at home only to find it was ruined. read more

This was my cleaners for 30 plus years was excellent til abt a month ago brought my favorite fancy blouse in to b clean they cleaned it b4 so I didn't encounter there being a problem it's has pleate's @ waist it kinda gather there for the sexy cut anyway they pressed all the pleat's out n now it looks like a big ass mo -no shirt $50 blouse I have called got the manager Ron spoke one time he said he can fix went to pick up n it was the same demage blouse been calling daily to see what can u do to make it right no response I consider my self a value customer so I reported it to the better business n that Mary hot mess I guess her culture they value rudeness I'm totally shock n hurt by this cleaners lack of responsibility to it's customer so beware !! read more

I went there on 10/01/14 and was treated very rudely. The female who attended me seemed bothered by me being there. Never welcomed nor thanked me for choosing their services. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and tried them the following week. The same female attended me and yet again, she was condescending, rude, did not make any eye contact, smiles or anything. Overall an extremely dis satisfying encounter. I would stay away from this place and I'm campaigning to tell as many people I know to go somewhere else.
