The quality of the beverages was exceptional. The coffee was absolutely delicious, and both the coffee and hot water stayed hot for nearly five hours--perfect for our evening event. I was informed it would take a few days to process. After a few days, it didn't process, I went back to find out what was wrong, I was told it may take up to two weeks to explore the situation. Two weeks and I didn't hear anything I went back was informed it would probably take another two weeks to explore the circumstances, long story short, two weeks have turned into almost 4 months and I still haven't received my money. I don't know their financial issues, but if they're desperate to build their capital they should probably set up a GoFundMe page instead of trying to drain an old man's bank account.
