WuzupWuzup! This…read moreplace has to be one of my favorite go to places. I love their cold brew thats infused with Orange and ginger. Literally my favorite off the menu, but decided to try something new. I got the pina cold brew that had Yuzu, Pineapple and coconut cold foam. Interesting combo with so many flavors that test your taste buds. If you're looking for a nice summer drink, I suggest trying this one out. Another drink i got was the Vanilla with banana cold foam with toffee. The banana cold foam literally taste like a frozen banana, crazy right? Cold foam is perfect right amount of sweetness with that strong banana flavor. Place can be packed over the weekend, so arrive early or expect a little wait, but generally it moves fast. The pastries are very popular along with the Empanadas. The strawberry orange (GF) Muffin was good. Moist, flavorful and perfect pairing of both flavors.

Consistently delicious coffee and food. Metal chairs are uncomfortable but the rest of the…read moreatmosphere is top notch. Get there early cause the best empanadas sell out fast. Park on the street and please don't bring your dog inside. Small patio outside. Boyfriend said it's the best Americano he has had in San Diego. Staff is friendly and cool like baristas should be.

While I waited for my order, I went next-door to See's candy. I was craving fudge. I returned about 2 to 3 minutes after my order and my order was ready. The service was great... It was fast and the lady was really friendly. Inside it's very dark & moody vibes, still good natural light where you can work and study from. I just wish they brought back the Turon crème brûlée latte.

Went here on a Friday morning at 10am. Out of 7 drinks I wanted to try, they were out of all but…read moreone of the drinks. The overall experience (staff, variety/availability, drink quality) was incredibly disappointing because I hear great things about this place. There were quite a bit of people in there, so I'm sure it's great at times. Settling for the Vietnamese Iced Coffee as 1 of our 2 drinks, sadly it was mostly ice. The drink was done in a few sips. It felt like the cup was filled with ice and then put the coffee in. Don't get me wrong, the drink was good and the coffee was strong. The other drink was the Creme Brulee Latte. If you like the sugar un-bruleed, this is the drink for you. I saw the top was torched for a few seconds, but the drink was still in the tiny sugar crystals. The coffee part is also nice and strong, though the drink is not as sweet as it sounds. Overall, lack-luster and expensive for the $7.60 - Large.

I sat there with my friends for hours drinking our coffee and playing cards. The baristas were great and made my coffee in a mug when I asked. The perfect shopping break!

The see-through windows, the bar seating along the windows that open up, and the one-way traffic across the cafe...all screams cozy and articulate. I like that they post the menus outside too, in case of long lines, so that you don't flip and freak out when you get to the front and don't know what to order. What I've tried off their menu so far, were Americanos, Lattes, hot and cold. Cold drinks are my default though, you can never go wrong with iced coffee. Their white chocolate is popular, they run out quick, but regular choco does well in a pinch. I absolutely love the part where they give the cup to you at the end of the bar, for adjustments and adding in more milk/sugar. And also to see latte art before closing your cup. I don't know what it is, but that part in aspect allows you to take some time to appreciate coffee in general and then go back to the real world. It's just the little things that matter. Also, the employees are just always super uber nice here. They don't judge you for ordering two cups of coffee in one go, they actually commend the action!

COFFEE SHOP INSIDE the DELI (3 stars)…read more I was under the impression this was a coffee shop/roaster but I was mistaken (maybe, maybe not, I don't know). This is inside a mom and pop deli ran by the same 2 owners and not so much a coffee shop but a place "to get a quick up of coffee". Finding this place was easy, right off the main road between small offices and warehouses, with a couple tables outside, a sign that says coffee, and the deli. I walked in confused asking someone where is Aperture Coffee and was old inside (Keary Mesa Deli). It seemed like a popular place for both food and coffee. Upon walking in, the place is small with a few seats. I saw only three bags of their brand beans, two owners who are busy with the morning crowd of people ordering breakfast items, a nothing special espresso machine, and not one to really judge but they didn't look like hardcore coffee connoisseur. CARAMEL ICED LATTE ($5.50) - it was average. the strength in their beans was medium roast but I didn't fill any jitter thru the day. The caramel syrup flavor was a heavy pour and covered up any discovery of bean profile. I can pass on the coffee and may come back to try Kearny Mesa Deli for a sandwich.

This small little coffee shop can be super easy to miss! It's inside a small deli. When I first…read morewalked in I wasn't sure I was in the right place. I got the iced lavender latte and an iced matcha green tea. The matcha was pretty good and tasted matcha-y and not watered down . The lavender latte was also good and not too sweet like some place's lattes. Overall, I'd love to come back but the hours are kind of restrictive as they're not open on weekends and they close at 2PM. The service is friendly and quick as well, and plenty of parking.
