There was a definite language barrier and within a few minutes the customer service rep had me screaming into the phone. She wanted me to open up the Sprint app then in the next breath she said I should be on Sprint.com. Which is it lady? In any event, Kendal called customer service and assisted me with finally arranging a new calling plan and payment date and saved us considerably. The service at this store far exceeds any of the Sprint stores we've visited in the past (Tukwila).

I was literally here less than 2 weeks ago, and they had no problem doing it for me. I'm a Cricket customer, and told them that the last two times also, and it was never an issue. Today, however, it was finally an issue. Yet another reason for me to stick to Cricket Wireless.
