Today I took in my recently purchased (used) soft top BZ Surfboard. All 3 fins had broken off (much to my dismay). I called lots of surf shops in south OC to locate replacements. I also went online. No luck. Until I called Infinity Surf in Dana Point and spoke with Brent Pascoe. He assured me he had them in and would help install them (the screws were totally rusted on the deck). I told him I'd be down in 15-20 mins. He was there. Waiting with the tools and new (plastic) fins. He worked feverishly so that I could take my board out at Strands. You would have thought I had just purchased a $1k SUP (Brent is a SUP specialist!) with the great service he extended to me. I was so impressed! Then, after working on my board for 30 mins (there are other customers and calls coming in-all to which he's attending), he only charges me $20! I told him I wanted to give him a tip-he refused! When does this ever happen anymore?? I will definitely go back when I'm ready to purchase a SUP or other board. I've purchased one board from Infinity already (they've got great stuff in stock, in addition to great service!), but I'll be back again soon. Thanks, Brent. Infinity Surfboards REALLY ROCKS.............This is a great all around surf shop, Steve and wife Barrie are the nicest folks ever, and both are the true water man type of world renowned surfers. Their specialty over the years was as a world champion tandem team, what a duo!! There is just about every kind of surf craft imaginable at their shop. You can sit down, lay down, stand up, and short board in just about every possible way there is. You can long board with many high performance models or traditional old school shapes too! Steve, his sons, his wife and the shop crew do it all, and are invariably just as good or better than most! Steve is also very active in encouraging surfing for handicapped folks, kids and even little old ladies. He has offered to take my wife out even with his two person surf ski, and she is afraid of the ocean but he is undaunted. She will not go out though, too bad, she would be absolutely safe and have fun too! I have been riding Infinity surfboards of various shapes and sizes "since Jesus was a baby", and never had a bad one! BTW....I am 71 years young, and have been surf crazy since the age of 10 years, lol! read more

My husband and I buy all our boards from Infinity. My husband has been a customer since the mid 1980's buying both custom boards and ones from stock. He also buys his SUP boards there because Infinity know boards regardless of size shape or use. I can't surf or SUP due to a neck injury. I started out with a previously owned Infinity wave ski for paddling at Dana Point Harbour. After a year of using it I went to Steve for a custom sit down board based on the wave ski but for flat water. He took lots of time to make sure the board had what I wanted and needed. This was my first ever custom bored and I was nervous about getting it. I don't have a surfing or beach background but Steve looked after me and helped me with my questions and concerns. Steve, Barrie, David and Daniel have years of experience in surfing and SUP and know what they are talking about. Went in last minute on a Friday to rent two boards and they were super helpful! Brent set us up and helped us tie down the boards to the car. In and out it only took a few minutes and we were out the door with our SUP rentals. Would definitely reccommend these guys for quick, friendly, efficient service with knowledgable staff. read more
