I have rented boards many times before I owned one (and now rent for my guests or when I have kids with me) and the service knocks the socks off of the others in the area. They are also open reliable hours which I really appreciate, as a few places I have gone to will rent some days but not others on no particular schedule. Todd helped me fix my fin issue on my SUP that I purchased from another store, and now by board rides really well. I had a fin about twice as long and also had it too far back on the board. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and often there are SUP racers in there when I go in on weekends. They sell all kinds of boards, including custom and consignment and multi-person boards. They also have quality sunglasses and SUP/surf gear including safety gear and straps. They have some bikinis and rash guards also. At this point, I am not even talking about the refund anymore the fact that we could not even find someone willing to communicate with us is unacceptable. This entire experience has been extremely unprofessional. Selling courses, delaying them, failing to communicate, and then disappearing without any follow-up is not how a professional business should operate. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone who values their time, money, or proper customer service.

I myself am from Southern California, so I'm all about Southern California history and surf culture, so I knew I had to stop in and check the items. The store itself is pretty large and has all different sorts of gear and clothing. The staff was also very friendly. It's in a large shopping center, so there's a giant free parking lot attached right in front. For this visit, I found some clothing items that I wanted and spotted some more gear that I planned to come back for in the future. I would definitely recommend to anyone in the area, and it's especially awesome to see they have many different brands as well as Orange County merchandise that you can only get here as well.

The flagship store of my favorite classic surf brand is out of there most iconic gear in the middle of Winter. I think someone in purchasing or merchandising, or logistics or store management needs a good talking to! All was not lost, the girl manning the register was so friendly and helpful. She apologized and tried to interest me in something else. Then she suggested I check the warehouse in San Juan Capistrano. I did. I found exactly what I wanted at 40% off. I was so happy I added a lid and t-shirt! The store was very nicely laid out. It was clean and cozy on a mid winter night. We walked across the parking lot for a quick dinner at Hennessy's Pub. They had live music and yummy sliders.
