Beth helped me and just as I was asking ChatGBT how cold it would still keep me warm she asked me in person and she said 30 degrees which was inline with what chat said so whoohoo! Caving to ideological pressures may win short-term headlines, but it erodes the trust and loyalty of long-standing customers who came to Dick's specifically because it was a one-stop shop for all sporting needs--including firearms. This decision is not only disappointing, it's a clear departure from what your brand originally stood for.
