I've been here multiple times before their remodel and was surprised to see it how well the expansion looks! To be honest I didn't care to go here because I it was so compact so I'm glad they did this. It feels and looks better in my opinion. I'm always greeted by people and always am asked if I need any help. I feel like gun stores in general have the friendliest staff always willing to help and answer any questions. There is so much to know and so many options! I used to work at a tactical gear company, so I know there's a lot! We were able to take a closer look at some things and they were very knowledgeable. I really want one of those big safes in the back but maybe once we buy our forever home because those things are HEAVY but also very very nice. We'll definitely be back!

DO NOT...I repeat...DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!!! I ordered a gun…read morethrough Davidson's Gallery Of Guns/Gun Genie and had it shipped to K.O. When I picked up the gun, they charged me $35 above the "Total Cost" listed on the Gun Genie website. The website "Total Cost" INCLUDED a "FEE" of $29.99 (which is above the "Taxes" listed). I have ordered 5 guns through Davidson's in the past and, in all cases, I paid the exact amount listed as "Total Cost". Well, NOT IN THIS TRANSACTION! I called K.O., spoke with "John" and mentioned the $35 discrepency and also told him he had written "Owes $267.16" on the end of the box. His employee said I owed $302.16 and I questioed her. She said it was "an additional Fee" and I said "a Fee was already included in the Gun Genie listing". I called Davidson's and they said they would call K.O. and discuss the discrepency. I called John later to see when I would get that extra $35 Fee back and he said "No Way! That's how I make my living. I called Davidson's back and they stated that I was correct and should NOT have been charged that extra $35. They are cutting me a check for that amount and also informed me that Kirkwood Outfitters has been removed from Davidson's Gun Genie account as a participant.

The next time I'm shopping for a new pistol. There are three employees in sight. Two are shooting the breeze with a customer about politics. The other is talking to another customer. I'm waiting. Obviously expecting one of the three guys working there to see if I needed some assistance. I was there for about ten minutes. Trying to get some help. Completely ignored. WTF. Not I'll be right there nothing. Now I've been here several times in the past. Bought some nice pistols and shotguns. I can say that since moving to the new building the service has changed. This has happened a couple of times now and I'm moving on. I've found another store where I get help when I walk in or at least noticed. Got a good deal on my new pistol. Kinda like MandM used to be
