We seated at the bar we ordered drinks and a hookah Infinity is doing their selves a disservice by having hookah the hookah taste horrible you cannot taste any flavor. The best way I can describe this place is like an overpriced Hooters with poor customer service. I believe they also have that automatic 18% gratuity. This was standard top shelf, but the drinks were weak and barely filled to the top. We also ordered a few things off the food menu. I had the salmon egg rolls which were good and the green sauce was delicious. One of the most irritating parts of the visit was waiting almost 30 minutes for hookah when nobody was in there. We had to hunt down a server because we didn't see our original server. Our server had to put tape around our hookah hose to "ensure it stayed together." YIKES!! On top of that, there was maybe 15 people total in the building now and most were at the bar. A server came by and said "Someone just bought this section, so we're going to have to ask you to move." Please keep in mind that the entire venue had no one in the sections and everyone was at the bar. There were AMPLE seating options to choose from. That instantly ruined everyone's mood and we left immediately after! [[HIGHLIGHT]] Did I have a poor experience, yes. But I will say that the TVs are huge, making it a good place to watch sports[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]].[[HIGHLIGHT]] There's a bunch of sections and little room to stand, so be aware if you don't want to buy a section[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. The servers (when they came around) were pretty and nice. I can also see this place being fun when there are more people are there. This place has all the elements to be a good time, but the death of these types of establishments will be the poor customer service and the robbery of the automatic 18% service fee for doing absolutely nothing. read more

My hubby and I enjoyed karaoke Thursday night. We took an uber however there is plenty of parking. There were mixed ages in the building but definitely a vibe. In a nice shopping plaza area. This place is pretty chill. Spacious sports bar and nightclub. TV's surround the inside of the place with a huge projector tv behind bar. Lots of couches and tables. Definitely a great potential place for sections. Drinks are pricey. I promise you if your ever offered a sidecar in NC just skip it and get it straight. Bartenders are not the best with my Sidecar, too much lemon juice. And it wasn't shaken both times. However a good place to meet people and get some nice dancing in. My friend got the Red Bull watermelon margarita. She drank it pretty fast so I don't think it was that strong but she got another, so I know she enjoyed it. We also ordered Fried mozzarella, we planned to get wings once that came to the table. I notice a bottle girl is walking around with food from table to table asking if this is someone's food. Eventually we find out it's my food. I tell my waitress that simply, if a person doesn't know where the food goes they shouldn't even pick it up. She asked if I wanted a manager, I declined(previous review made me skeptical). She offered another mozzarella but I declined. Too much of the same thing, too much cheese. I went to Infinity Live yesterday for my cousin's 21st birthday, and it was a horrible experience. The venue itself was decent with lots of standing room, but most seats were in the VIP section or at tables where you are required to order food or hookah. The bar seating was mostly taken, and people shared the bar stools at the tables for food and hookah. The wait staff were somewhat friendly as long as you were buying drinks and tipping. I ordered a cup of water and the chicken cheesesteak eggrolls. Firstly, they charge $2.50 for a CUP OF ICE WATER!!! This water is FREE to them and it comes in a plastic cup with ICE, not even a bottle!! Not only do they charge, but they do not give you ANY warning of the charge! This is a SCAM! The chicken cheesesteak eggrolls were the hardest eggrolls that I have ever eaten this side of the Mississippi River. Absolutely disgusting! The irony is that the waitress recommended these bites of rocks! The bill came to $22. I ordered 2 small, inedible eggrolls and a CUP of water... unacceptable! When I asked for the eggrolls to be remade because they were inedible, I found out that the manager canceled my order because the cook refused to remake it. This is horrible customer service! Additionally, I went on a Tuesday for the $2 drink specials. They must have forgotten because there was NOTHING that was $2. To add insult to injury, they charged $20 as a cover charge! Then no one danced; it was a bunch of people standing around mean-mugging each other. I could have stayed home and had a V8 drink. The hookah was $60, and the quality was trash and overpriced. We usually go to infinity live every other day and it was welcoming by security, bartenders, waitresses as well until we started to come now that is it getting summer on motorcycles and they wont allow us to wear our vest(colors for some) i am not in a club but wear a vest as well and think it is unfair that they know us by name and faces and know that we are mature and all over 35 and do not do trouble just fun. We have went into the establishment numerous times and bought bottles, food, hookahs, $2 shots, sung karaoke etc. We think it is unfair and racist to the fact that they allow 1 security guard make the decision when other security is not in agreement with the decision. We even had thought about asking to do bike events there due to good service but now cant even get our out of town and in town friends to agree to come back..................... WE ARE NOT GANGSTERS OR GANG AFFILIATED and we do so much for our community and to be treated as such is ridiculous and unfair!
