This location was great, it was actually my first time eating at this particular Chili's, good food and great service!! Kehlani greeted my coworker and I with a smile, she was attentive and very pleasant. She consistently checked on us while we were waiting for our order. read more

The food was good.. The customer service was okay. I've eaten there on several different occasions and the customer service was much better. The Greeter wasn't attentive. She seated a couple before me when I had been standing there. read more

Great staff and kind here, kept checking on me often and gave good energy. Relatively clean place. Unfortunately the food is okay, usually the Chili's wings are good elsewhere but for some reason here were drier on the meat and very tough on the skin. The sauce still flavorful but the quality of the wing doesn't let it stand out. Ordered Buffalo and Sweet Chili. Also, they gave me considerably less fries than other Chili's locations I've been. read more

Had an amazing and very affordable night at chilis. First off, let's get into these wicked drinks. I definitely recommend and they are delicious and only $6. The triple trio decker....a must try! The food is always so good, the service is pretty good as well, very attentive and kind. The ambience isn't anything special but I mean it is Chilis so I don't really expect it to be like lounge vibes , very family oriented. I got the smokehouse combo, everything was amazing. I always get my ribs with the honey chipotle sauce. My friend got the triple dipper. This was his first time at Chilis and he tore it up! LOL! I come here all the time i'll be back especially before they shut all Chilis down. read more

My family and I had all but given up on this particular Chilis location. It was always incredibly under staffed. I had to watch the poor host run herself ragged trying to wait tables and host running back and forth. This often caused the restaurant to understandably struggle. Cut to today when we arrived to a packed restaurant running like a well oiled machine. We were immediately greeted at the door by who we would find out was the kitchen manager. He worked that restaurant with organization and focus. He had the friendliest of smiles and stopped at our booth and had a wonderful conversation with us. Whatever this man is doing needs to be studied. I don't do too many yelp reviews but I had to make sure that anyone that, like us, had given up on this location, needs to give it another go. It's new and improved and I was extremely impressed. read more

awful - grilled chix sandwich was a "plain jane" and no kind of taste at all. Basically threw it away Will not go hear ever again. read more

We had a really good time here today. Our server, Caroline, was very friendly, got our order perfectly correct, gave me an extra sauce for the wings just like I asked, and made sure everything was as good as it could be. The wings were solid and the atmosphere was good. We look forward to coming back. read more

Food was great!! Service was amazing and the price was right!! I love Chill's! One of my favorite places to eat!

I've only ordered to go and every time my order is wrong. This has been numerous times and almost every order has been wrong!

Called ahead to have them get prepared for our daughter's birthday party of 8, which was supposed to happen at 715... they said they didn't make reservations but they would make sure room was available. I got here at 645 and I'm still going to have to wait another 30-45 minutes. Not a great start! read more

Always love the Explosion salad, needed more lettuce for my liking but the flavor and freshness was good. I'll be back!

First, let me say "Wow"!!!! This was the best Chili's I've been to in awhile. The service was the best hands down! The food was hot and delicious. The speed of the service is what really made my head spin...in a good way. I highly recommend this particular Chili's at Northlake in Charlotte, NC. We had the best waitress. The manager even came to take our order and make my drink. It was my daughter's birthday and she made a great choice for dinner. Please pay this place a visit. read more

The triple dipper definitely did not disappoint! More than enough honey chipotle sauce was on the chicken, sliders were great as well. Somebody else attack my mozzarella stick! Overall a must try before the price go up! read more

They made some mistakes with our food. It made my dad sick. Low sanitation score (91.5)! In May, they had a sanitation rating of 90. One reason their sanitation rating is low is because THEY DIDN'T WASH THEIR HANDS!!!!!!!!! The meat was at the wrong temperature! This place needs to be permanently closed RIGHT NOW!!!!!!! Never coming here again! read more

The food was very good and the service was great. As far as I'm concerned I left out a happy camper and full .....now I'm ready to go to sleep. I highly recommend anyone wanting some good food to go here and the food was very well seasoned and I'm impressed so they definitely get a big wow from me. read more

Food was not good. Tbh don't know what I expected, but it's the expected microwave food quality. Fried chicken was poor quality pieces of meat, ribs dry and thin, steamed broccoli mushy. Also, the service was just weird. Waitress constantly messed up orders. A mixed drink was brought with just the liquor and then when they fixed it they brought everything in separate glasses for him to mix himself. Then when they came for empty plates, they asked us to stack them. Like I can see asking us to pass plates over if they can't reach them and that's fine, but when you just show up and tell us to stack the plates ourselves without even grabbing the ones an inch from your hand that is lazy. Then they got mad because we didn't stack them how they wanted and had to restack the plates themself. People eat out because they want a good meal or a nice dining experience. This place provided neither. read more

Our server KJ was amazing. He was very attentive, had a great attitude, catered to our every need, and made great recommendations.

Order was not followed, food returned with cheese tossed on and not melted as requested. Server/Waiter appeared over worked. Order a wine unable to locate in system to process payment, no clean glasses for beer waiting long time for beer to taste not fresh . First and last time visiting this location while in town read more

Great food and service. I love the drinks! I suggest the triple dipper, Cajun pasta and the fajitas! read more

I need to start by saying lately Chili's seems to be struggling, it's either they can't hire good help, the help is not friendly, or to me there in a funk! And let me say they need to re-invent themselves on somethings. They use to be good at this and it was alway fun to see new tweaks to there menu.. I remember there buffalo cauliflower with ranch. It was an amazing app to order. But it just disappeared. Now don't get me wrong there food is good, the crispers are always great, the chips and dip on par with everyone else's. But they need to revamp and make it exciting to come to chili's again. Be bold play around with ideas. Wow our taste buds and make us talk. That being said I had something new I had the shrimp tacos with rice and beans, and first I love here beans. Amazing flavor for beans great seasoning and flavor. Now the tacos were actually good, no better then good they shrimp better then I excpected, the refreshing coleslaw bite with avocado was perfect. I would gladly have these again, or maybe branch 9n the ribs who knows. read more

For the oddest reason my wife has this infatuation with Chilli's. So I give in and go. We went to the one last year in the University section and it was unstaffed and numerous uncleaned tables. Jarron was our waiter. The food came out super quick and was very good. We both had triple deckers. But the one thing I still find disturbing is the tables. When we arrived, the host said he needed to clean a table before we sat down. Ok?? Thought nothing of it. I walk by and there were at least 2 tables that were left unclean the whole time we were there and remained that way as we were leaving. I'm assuming Chilli's doesn't staff people to handle that. Which leaves me under the assumption that they don't see the need to clean the table until it is actually needed. After we ate, there were several parties that were waiting to be seating. I didn't understand. Clear and clean the tables, seat people, make money. What is so hard about that?? read more

Craved shrimp pasta and came across Chili's awesome deal of 3 for $10 = appetizer, entree, & drink. In an attempt to nourish my cells with some veggies, I ordered a house side salad. BIG MISTAKE. As soon as I dumped my salad onto my container, I noticed a huge piece of lettuce that was rotten and black! Their salads definitely failed the fresh test. However, the Cajun shrimp pasta was decent. It had a good portion of shrimp and the Alfredo sauce was good. The seasoning was basic, so I added my own Cajun seasoning once I got home which took the pasta to the next level. read more

I should have known better by the 2 Star rating but sometimes you want a decent inexpensive meal. Well we definitely got the inexpensive part but definitely not the decent part. We had chili cheese fries, the oil they cooked them in had a dirty oil taste. As entrees we ordered shrimp tacos and my husband had the chicken tacos. When we received our food it was cold, cold like not even Luke warm. They also didn't have much flavor and were soggy. Our utensils had food coated on them and looked unwashed so we asked for plastic utensil mind you we NEVER do that! The best thing about all this was definitely the chili that was on top of the fries, for sure! Service was horribly slow(they were not busy our server only had 2 tables) and she seemed frustrated that we told her our food was cold and sent it back. Also food was brought back out by a manager that said nothing just dropped the food off. A nice "sorry-about that" would have been appreciated. Last but not least bathrooms were extremely dirty!!!! read more

The food was excellent, and the service was great. Miss T our server deserves all the best praises for her excellent service.

The food is good, the customer service could be way better. When you check in on the app and get in line the hostess and the manager give your table away a minute after you get a text that your table is ready and expect you to wait another 10 minutes for a table. I'm addicted to the beef nachos so that's the only reason why we come here. I once had to call the manager while waiting for a hostess and ask if anyone was working up front because we had been waiting for someone. The manager acted like it was perfectly fine that no one was up front to greet customers. read more

Went in for a late night snack and drink, I started out with the Tex mex egg rolls. Very good , had the black bean corn chicken , fried to perfection and paired with an aioli sauce . For my entree I had a Santa Fe burger , that was surprisingly delicious. It had some type of southwest chipotle sauce , raw purple onion, tomato , lettuce , pepper jack cheese and jalapeños crumbles. The meat was seasoned well , the temperature I enjoy was medium (little pink in center) , it was served in a brioche toasted bun , just sooooooo flavorful. For a drink I had just a classic margarita, 2 of them actually .go see our waiter Jaren he was absolutely amazing cool guy, bust customer service I had while I visited the area! read more

The hostess sat us right next to a large group of noisy guys in a nearly empty restaurant. When we asked to move one table away, she disgustedly moved us, tossed down our menus, and walked away without a word or a glance. The restaurant was dirty: the table, the windows, yuck. We decided to leave at that point, before ordering, especially considering prices these days. I just don't feel like they care at this location about the restaurant or the customers. It felt like they were just living off the Chili's name. Hard to imagine them having repeat customers. read more

If you are craving Chilis save yourself the heartache and go 2 exits up.. This one needs corporate intervention. Worst Chilis I have been to.... Hostess- seemed lost and unengaging. Waitress- very nice but needs training Waited an hour for just apps... Food, was not presented well looked horrible. Chicken nachos were soggy and just sad, didn't get guacamole I asked for but was charged for it, she reversed that charge for me. Grilled Chicken avocado sandwhich was bland, daughter had one bite and that was it. Chips where improperly cooked. They needed to be separated during cooking. I left the waitress a decent tip because I honestly dont feel like it was her fault at all. read more
