I bought a one year from Groupon-- the first 4-5 sessions were great however my last appointment needed to be rescheduled because of medical emergency in March- so I left a message on their voicemail system and a female receptionist called me back. I was transferred to the manager who proceeded to reschedule me for today. Needless to say although it wasn't in their system he gave me a call back today and rectified the error. On the work they do for laser it is phenomenal. No pain or irritation. I haven't had an issue on results and the technicians are efficient. I got my armpits lasered here using a Groupon. I believe I was entitled to 8 sessions but unfortunately missed my last session by accident. Still, even after 7 sessions I still haven't shaved my armpits for about a year now and they are still hairless! Each session would probably last about 15 minutes from entering the office to leaving. The office is extremely clean! Cleaner than some doctors offices I've visited, even. The waiting area is spacious and the couches are beautiful. I never really had to wait a long time for an appointment, which I'd plan in advance. My technicians were also always friendly and very good at explaining aftercare every time. I have been coming here for 2-3 years now. I initially bought a groupon deal just to try this place out, and when it came time to renew my yearly session, they offered to renew my groupon deal. Any additional areas I wanted to get laser done, I just had to pay extra. They usually have discounts around the summer time so take advantage of that. This is probably my 3rd year here and I have recommended this to my cousin and my boyfriend. I used to have problems calling in to reschedule my next appointment but ever since this pandemic, they have been pretty responsive. I just finished my last LHR session at Infinity and I'm so happy with the results. I haven't been to other LHR spas but I can speak to Infinity after going for a year. I purchased the groupon for one large, one small a little less than a year ago. The first few sessions were pretty painful, tbh. It wasn't until the 4th session or so that it started getting easier. Now, I'm in and out of the spa in less than 10 minutes. Infinity is very on top of their scheduling and I haven't run into any issues. I've been serviced by almost a different esthetician every time and reminded me of the procedure and after care each time. After even my 6th session, I think I only picked up a razor once during my 6 weeks so I'm definitely very happy with the results. I had 6 sessions on brazillian and armpits. After about 6 weeks after the end of my 6th session I had full regrowth LOL (had to shave so much and the hair was thick again). I go to a new spa and they were horrified that after 6 sessions I had this much regrowth. When they asked me what kind of laser infinity uses and I told them, they basically told me I got scammed.... Apparently infinity uses the same type of laser on ALL body areas which is only meant for facial, arm, and back hair (aka much thinner hair).... I remember infinity telling me in the beginning that patients usually need up to 18 SESSIONS for armpit and Brazilian.... I told the new laser place that and they said that's absurd lmao you should have 75% reduced growth and thickness by your 6th session for these body parts. I am very disappointed about my full Brazilian experience. I started the treatment almost a year ago and nothing has changed.

the value of the groupon here is great and overall I like this place, but the minute difference between the brazilian bikini line and the extended bikini line in terms of what I specifically needed covered has me extremely disappointed. I don't need the full extended bikini line at all; there's just a sliver of hair that goes on to my leg that they won't laser.... like, I get it, the areas are technically separate but the fact that I have to shave this really weird section of hair remaining on my leg because they won't go a couple centimeters on to my leg has me shaking my head. ALSO, the first woman I saw did the whole of my bikini line that I needed, the second woman was just picky about it, and then when I mentioned it, the third woman seemed to go out of her way to not do this literal centimeter on my thigh. agh! extremely frustrating. read more

I've been to a few laser hair removal spas in New York and this is by far the worst. First, they don't offer any shaving services at all, so if you simply miss a spot or you are getting a hard-to-reach area treated, they are won't help shave it. Secondly, on my first appointment they gave me a severe burn. During the appointment I told the esthetician that it really hurt and she said the machine had no other settings and that if "there's no pain, there's no results". Of course, the machine does have different settings which the spa confirmed when I went back in. The burn hurt a lot for weeks and took a month to heal. When I told them about it the day after my appointment they said to come back immediately and get some cream for it. So I went back in, upon arriving the receptionist continued to make sure I didn't have any pictures of the burn before giving me the cream. It was very strange, almost as if they wanted to make sure I didn't have proof of the burn. Lastly, the receptionists are not friendly, and quite unconcerned with customer service. I wouldn't recommend this place. There are much better spas in the city. read more

I stopped going January 2020 as my next session fell during the onset of the pandemic. I emailed them about the sessions I had left (already purchased) that were expiring at that time and was told they'd be extended. However, they only extended it through the end of 2020. It would not have been safe for me to go in for sessions (spread 6-8 weeks apart) during 2020 to have them all done by the end of the year. Not only am I immunocompromised and we're in NYC, but I don't think they were even reopened at the time I would have needed to start to go in again in order to get all my sessions done by the end of 2020 (keeping to the 6-8 week time period in between sessions). I had waited until it was safe and vaccinated (which was 2021) to complete my remaining sessions that I had purchased but they would not honor them. Considering it had been so long and my hair grew back, I had planned to purchase another year with them after finishing my sessions but they now lost a customer instead due to this policy. I bought the Groupon for one large area and two small areas. I also added two small areas and they gave me a deal. The first session (for all areas) went really well, it wasn't as painful as I thought it was going to be. The bikini/Brazilian area is very sensitive tho, so that one definitely hurt, but it went away the same day. This is my fourth session now and the hair is significantly less! My happy trail is almost completely gone. That was the main thing I cared about so I'm very happy. The only negative thing is that each woman you get says something different about how far the "areas" go. The first girl (Natasha?) said the inner thigh "area" is only two inches wide and like 4 inches long! Umm no that's crazy... like sorry my thighs are big?! She was very pushy and unpleasant. The girl I had for the next visit covered a larger area for my inner thigh. I wish there was more consistency. I want the treatments to cover the same areas each time so that it will work correctly. I used their service through Groupon for 8 treatments- This place is fishy and in my opinion they combine laser and IPL. They say "each body has its own reaction" "every person has its own hair growth"...same repeated excuses like it says in their contract...it was obvious to me there is barely a change, and in the last treatment they try to offer me more "laser" treatments . In my first appointment they took me to the only laser room they have (in my opinion) so I had thought to myself they look legit, and the rest of the treatments were conducted in different rooms but never the room from first session again. There were times I was last for the day and I saw the room empty, and still never scheduled there...I also noticed the machines were different, but i've been told they are all lasers machines... Do yourselves a favor, do not let yourselves get fooled by nice welcomes and smiles (from my experience). If you want a good laser treatment MAKE SURE with people you personally know and are happy with results - even better ask people that had hair removal at this particular place. Verify the machines are really laser machines by logos and product names, and remember the room, especially the room from first session. The facilities are clean with a comfortable waiting room and the staff is very polite. The laser is one where they put a cooling gel on you and then run the laser over almost like a sonogram. I purchased a groupon for 1 large and 1 small area (8 sessions in 1 year) for a really good price. Scheduling with them is very easy and they send emails and texts to confirm your appointment. I like the lasers they use which is one that requires a gel of some sort. I love Infinity Laser Spa- I found their company via groupon and they honored the groupon price (so I bought the 1 year unlimited laser hair directly through them so they get 100% of the cost; of note, groupon takes like 50% of the money if you purchase through the website). What I like most about them ARE THE RECEPTIONISTS. There's multiple of them but THEY ARE SO SWEET. They call back your number if they see a missed call, they'll go out of their way and assist their colleagues and clients if asked. Minimal wait time.
