What should have been a special night for my nine-year-old son turned into one of the worst experiences we've ever had at a birthday party. The facility was unbearably hot during a San Diego heat wave. I specifically asked if the AC was working and was told it was running at maximum capacity. Employees later told us the AC apparently hasn't worked for months. Check-in was chaotic despite completing our waivers beforehand, and during the races, one child's kart battery died and he was unable to finish--with no replacement race or accommodation offered. But the worst part was the behavior of the supervisor, Will. One of the fathers in our group unknowingly brought in an outside drink. The moment he was told it wasn't allowed, he threw it away without an issue. Despite complying, Will continued to confront him aggressively. When I approached to understand what was happening and de-escalate the situation, Will became aggressive and intimidating toward me as well, standing extremely close to me and speaking to me in a completely inappropriate manner. This happened in front of our children, moments before we were supposed to sing Happy Birthday. The situation escalated to the point that law enforcement became involved, and I will be filing an official police report. We spent a significant amount of money on the party, additional races, food and drinks, and consistently tipped the employees helping us. To have my son's birthday end this way was absolutely unacceptable. I am asking K1 Speed corporate management to investigate this incident, speak with the employees who witnessed it, review the surveillance footage, and address the ongoing AC issue. No family should spend this kind of money on a child's birthday party only to leave feeling threatened and unsafe. I would not recommend this location to another family.

Roller skating area: It's a basic roller skating ring and they have these roller skating walkers so you don't fall as much. arcade: kinda small and some of the machines are always broken but they have some nice games. sit down shooters (transformers, jurassic park, etc), time crisis 4, sit down racing games, air hockey. Unknown attraction: I saw some kids get strapped into a harness. I have no idea what it was and was playing games so I didn't want to wait around and find out. Could be a rock climbing thing? Cost: You load a card that costs 5 pesos then use it to play games. I went there on a Tuesday and they had this weird 1 hour unlimited games (except for games that give out tickets) for 150 pesos. They give you a wristband and someone comes by and checks it every now and then.

What concerned me the most was the extremely strong smell of fresh paint coming from the go-kart area while they were actively painting. The smell was so intense that I ended up with a headache, and I was there with my children. I really don't think an area with such strong paint fumes should be operating around families and kids. We purchased an all-inclusive package, but once inside, we realized several things still had additional charges. For example, they wanted to charge 50 pesos extra for the skating walkers/supports, something I've seen included at other skating places. I complained, and to their credit, the employees were very kind and refunded the 100 pesos. The overhead obstacle course was another issue. The safety harness was so stiff and difficult to pull that my daughters struggled to move through the course and couldn't really enjoy it. I want to be clear that the employees were attentive, friendly, and helpful. My complaint is not about the staff  it's about the condition and maintenance of the facility. For an attraction selling an "all-inclusive" experience, I expected working arcade games, better-maintained equipment, clearer information about extra charges, and most importantly, a safer environment without overwhelming paint fumes while guests and children are inside. The place has potential, but it definitely needs better maintenance and attention to the overall guest experience.

Some people really get into it and will get the tables shaking quite a bit. They also have drink holders for your beers, but still expect some sloshing from all the table movement.

I set up a time, or drop the machine off and Mark gets it running again. I take care of the little stuff, but his experience gets the machine up and running The crew at AA offer advice and help with parts and pieces. All this buying and selling has payed for my first full shopped and warrantied pin. AA had a Bad Cats in fantastic shape and for a fair price. Its now sitting in my line up looking amazing next to 2 other Williams of the same era. I can not thank the crew enough. It's a great hobby made better by people who truly care about their reputation.

For the next hour I picked his brain and he helped me with other smaller, nagging issues. PIRATES AND DINOSAURS MINI-GOLF We paid for the two 9-hole courses (pirates and dinosaurs themes). You simply retrieve another ball at the counter between plays as you lose your ball down the last hole. We thought the pirate course was the better of the two, having some animated screens and was also less busy the day we went. Both courses are indoor and glow-in-the-dark. VISUALLY STUNNING, SLIGHTLY UNINTERESTING HOLES Visually, this is one of the better mini-golf courses we've done, especially because it's neon glow-in-the-dark, although the actual holes were slightly straightforward. Many of them just had concrete obstacles in the way in different formations. Still worth doing though, especially if you're mini-golf fans like us. NOT JUST MINI-GOLF The restrooms were in the back. They have two party rooms that were both busy the day we went. There are arcade machines and laser tag and food and drink available at 'Portal 19' (21+) PRICING The price for 2 mini-golf courses was $17 each.
