Don't be one of their last patients. Due to work, I had to be there at 4pm and I did not have the best experience. I cannot tell if it was due to the equipment or if they were so rushed they were trying to get me out the door but a simple cleaning and flossing was uncomfortable and left my gums sore. We used to go to Dr. Sanchez when we lived near him but moved 20 mins away and I took my kids to a dentist closer. Big mistake. The new dentist did a filling on both my kids and both were still in pain after their fillings. We made an appointment to go back to Dr. Sanchez and he fixed the issue with both my kids pain they were still having and the bad filling they did on my son that wasn't done correctly. This review is for the other dentist working in the office, not Dr Sanchez I recently relocated to Las Vegas and needed a dentist for routine cleaning. I admit the last time I saw my dentist was a year ago, but prior to that every six months with no issues. I was referred from my brother who's been a patient of Dr Douglas Sanchez for many years. When I schedule my appointment, I assumed I be seeing Dr Sanchez. When I arrived they told me I be seeing another dentist who I still today cannot remember. I don't even think he properly introduce himself. He went over the X-rays and immediately recommended that I get deep cleaning. They didn't even go over the gum measurements. I don't even recall measuring them. ( 4 over is suggested to get deep cleaning). What determines deep cleaning is gum measurements/ not just x-rays alone he didn't even share the x-rays why I needed fillings, I had to ask and then he showed me the X-rays which I did remember seeing two holes. Then he said I needed to get fillings. He then passed the clipboard to the assistant to review the costs and that to do the deep cleaning today. I declined the deep cleaning and the dentist then proceeded with the regular cleaning and said "well I will do as much as I can" what do you mean much as I can?? He didn't even throughly clean my teeth that was covered by my insurance. I then left the office and proceeded to checkout. The assistant said ok let's schedule your deep cleaning AND cavities filling in one appointment! That is extremely rough on just the body alone All together they were asking for close to $2K for deep cleaning and cavity fillings Because of this experience, I went to my past dentist in Los Angeles and recently went to a new one here. Both have exceptional decades of experience and both said deep cleanings and cavity fillings are not necessary. They both took my X-rays (paid out of pocket) and there was not any cavities at risk and no little black holes, only a lining/build up which just needs to be monitor yearly! I now wonder the X-rays they showed me here are even mine! Also these dentists said they would never ever do one full deep cleaning in one day. And totally not recommended to get cavities filled in one session If you decided to come here, please make sure you request Dr Sanchez. Otherwise the other dentist will treat you like he is selling a time share enjoying selling you on deep cleanings. If a dentist says you need deep cleaning, ask for them to share with you the gum measurements to prove it!!!!! lol read more

I would give it a zero if I could. Went to them last December for deep cleaning and some cavities fixed . My insurance has changed since then so I made sure they were under my network to make a new appointment for a basic cleaning. They were and I was told that I get 2 cleanings a year covered at 100% it doesn't even come off my deductible.. Great! Called made the appointment for basic cleaning. I get there and they clean my teeth she did a fantastic job. I go to check out and they hit me with $159.00 bill, why I ask? They say my insurance categorized it as major dental work and only covers 10% Why would they do that on a basic cleaning? That's what I would like to know replies the receptionist. I go ahead and call my insurance and put it on speaker sure enough everything should be covered at 100% the receptionist then says tell them it's this code #. My insurance says that's why , it's a different type of cleaning the dentist put on claim that is considered major dental work. WOW! So they tried to make me believe it was the insurance fault when in fact it was theirs.Strait lied in my face. Then she comes up with the excuse well you have dental disease. Really?! No one ever told me that! My advice is if you have to go there make sure you get in writing exactly what they are going to do before your service begins. My real advice is don't go here because they are not honest and will sponge money off you any chance they get. read more

Had to do a deep clean and was freaked out since I had to get some shots and they were gentle and helped me to be calm. The dental assistants (I cannot name them all), but Jackie and Unique gave me strategies to ease the process and it felt like they were holding my hand every step of the way, which helped me to relax. This was probably the most relaxing, enjoyable Dentist appointment I have ever experience. I came back in April......thinking about it now, I'm due for my cleaning. This is the first and only Dentist office I have been to since moving to Las Vegas and I plan on only coming here from now on. This place has a nice interior and you don't get that anxious feeling that you normally get when you go to those super plain dentist offices. The staff here is friendly and professional. My cleaning here felt like getting a facial. It was gentle, relaxing and my teeth felt amazing after. I initially started going to Infinity Dental on July of 2018. The office is very clean and portrays a great image. It's perfectly located close to work and my residence. Unfortunately, after my 3rd visit and two front office incidents with Wendy, which I believe is the front desk manager. I am no longer recommending this dental office nor will I continue to get any work done. Poor management skills have led to minor back and forth discussions regarding cancellations fees that are not valid. I incurred 2 fees of $45 dollars from this office. One fee was incurred because I declined services when I showed up to the appointment and was told that I would have to pay out of pocket, this is something that was not disclosed/discussed with me during the booking of the appointment nor any time between my visit or my appointment. The second fee was incurred because a text, email and voicemail are not enough to complete an appointment cancellation. Apparently, the voicemail was ONLY received 24hrs in advance. A text and email were sent the day before the voicemail, which technically makes it a 48hr in advance cancellation, this was not acknowledged. No one ever reached out to me in regards to my cancellation, i even rescheduled my own appointment online. To top it all off the newest tooth filling I got back in July is cracked. It has me wondering the quality of work/material as well. At the end of the day my decision of not coming back to Infinity Dental highly relies on the poor customer service skills this person possess. I have now reached out to the office and cancelled all future appointments with Infinity Dental. I hope they got my email!!!!!! read more

I've just pulled my wisdom tooth out and this is the best experience I've ever had in a dentist. I was very nervous and frightened to go to the dentist and what's worse, take my tooth out....! But Dr. Duff made sure it would be painless, and Ms. Mary comforted me the whole time. And wow, it wasn't bad at all! I've had my tooth out before, but unlike that experience, it didn't have loud scary noise and also I didn't feel too much force. Those two deserve more than 5 stars!!!!! Hi, I want to start saying that I don't like dentist... Now, I want to tell you about my experience with Dr. Sanchez and everyone at Infinity Dental. 1- the offices are clean and neat 2- the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, they'll take time to explain things to you over and over (in case you are nervous) 3- now Dr. Sanchez... wow... talking about knowing, caring and gentle.. I had an extraction, an implant, a root canal and a crown (yes, I'm ashamed of that amount of work also) but the doctor was so carful and gentle with the procedure that makes recovery an almost painless process, of course you'll have discomfort but having almost no pain 5 hours after 2 of those procedures tells you something. The work Dr.Sanchez and his office do is great. I especially like Mary, who is an awesome dental assistant. They are pretty flexible when working with payment for unplanned expensive dental work also. I just haven't loved this office. Linda at the front desk is nice, and I understand it is her job, but she can be very pushy when it comes to scheduling you to come in to get more work done. It is all necessary work that I need done, but I dread the end of my appointment, knowing I'll have to schedule an appointment I'm not sure I can keep. I work full time in retail management so my schedule is inconsistent and I have two young kids, so making time to go back is difficult. A couple of months ago while I was in the office to get a crown put on, I could hear Dr. Sanchez from his office yelling at someone on his staff on the phone. It was very unprofessional and staff should not be talked to the way he was speaking, and patients should never be able to hear it. I didn't want to come back after that, but I have, just to not deal with the hassle of finding a new office and starting all over again. I need a lot of work done. When I explained to the staff up front why I didn't want to see Dr. Sanchez any more, they tried to tell me he was probably taking to a rep who messed something up, but from the long conversation I could hear, I'm positive it was someone who worked in the office. So to sum it up: The office and staff are nice enough, scheduling appointments when I need to be seen isn't difficult unless you don't want to see the main dentist, and for the most part everyone there makes you feel better about having to go to the dentist. read more

I requested 5 days ago a refund for prepaid dental services after finding a perfect dentist at substantially less costs and speedier better quality choices/materials. I sent an email at 6a on 5/30/19 for this request. I had to send second email yesterday. I received a rude email back. They want me to drive to their office and be put through another high pressure sales pitch. First time ever had dentist sell their own services prepaid for cleanings. Over 240.00. As said, prepaid IN CASH and now Dr Sanchez staff balking at mailing a refund ck to my address, email on record. By advice of BBB and NV agencies sent the emails for record. Either Dr Sanchez & staff aren't honoring the eishes for refund or unable to pay. Brittney Csin is now trying to say I paid 240.00 to enter program to get the big discounts for the cash payment I made. This is a bad business.. read more

DR SANCHEZ AND HIS STAFF ARE THE GREATEST!! I've been a patient of Dr Sanchez for several years and he's worked dental magic in my mouth. He took care of problems I had for years with my upper teeth by installing an all-on-four implant! No problems now!! Several implants in my lower jaw solved more problems. I now happily return to his office for routine checkups and cleaning. Over the years I've had several hygienists perform the cleaning and they have all been very thorough and professional--my mouth feels great when I leave the office. Dr Sanchez has a remarkable staff (office and technical) supporting him. I hope his services are available as long as I have teeth!! I recommend him to anyone who needs dental work!! I am so disappointed and frustrated that I have not been able to chew on the right side of my mouth for 5 plus months after allowing this facility to do basic white fillings in my teeth. In May I went for a regular check up and was told my teeth look great and was given multiple compliments on how healthy my teeth were. I was asked if I wanted to get my silver fillings redone to white because they were old but they did not cause harm to me in any way. I said sure because I have never had an issue with getting fillings in the past and was not privy to any cons that I am experiencing. So I was told I may have sensitivity for up to a month and that was normal. I was also told if after that I feel sensitivity I need to go in for a change of the bite. After I got this done and a month went by I noticed it was super sensitive still so I went in for a change of bite twice. My teeth were so sensitive, they couldn't even drill without major pain. They are supposed to be able to change the bite without having to numb the area but I needed to be numb because it was so painful. I asked why this was happening and everyone I asked said they don't know. What made me upset at the second change of bite visit, was the dentist asking me if I grind my teeth or if I did something to cause this. NO, I was offended because I hate when someone accuses or subliminally accuses the other of doing something instead of taking responsibility looking at their work and the causes of sensitivity and giving helpful information instead of blaming the patient! I also didn't like how the receptionist asked me why I took so long to come in for a change of bite when they all knew I was told it was normal to have sensitivity for up to a month. Instead of asking her co workers why are they telling me a month of sensitivity is normal instead of saying come in after a couple days of sensitivity! So I went home after getting the bite changed for the second time and after a month still extreme sensitivity. I went back for a third time to see why this was happening because at this point it was two months I couldn't use the right side of my mouth. They tried to change my bite again and the dentist drilled so much of the filling that it had to be redone because there was no filling left and sensitivity was still present. They did a sensitivity test with cold put on my teeth that were filled to see if it hit the nerve but I passed the test and they said the X-ray showed the filling not close to the nerve. So after that they redid my fillings the next month because nothing fixed the issue. It has been five months now and I still have extreme sensitivity and cold and hot sensitivity. They told me I may need a root canal because of this and I disagree. Your telling me I went to get fillings replaced and now I need a root canal? Absolutely NOT, that is ridiculous and a lazy way of not wanting to get down to the bottom of the problem as well as putting me through more serious procedures. My teeth were fine before going here and I regret it. I was never given an option of silver fillings which is what I had great experience with or any conversation of how the white fillings use chemicals like glue and UV light with composite I was told after the fact was made of plastic pieces. I found out recently that the silver fillings don't use chemicals at all and no one at this dentist office told me this. I don't know to this day why this is happening and have never been given a logical answer. We go to dentist and put our trust in their education of the art of dentistry which is why "I don't know" is an insufficient answer for a person that has done numerous classes on this art. I am now angry because I have future events coming up in my life that prevent any chemicals to be injected in the body like the numbing they do for the fillings and I should not have to keep going back 3 plus times for a simple procedure used everyday. No one has called to check to see how my teeth are doing after all of this or anything! This has affected my life tremendously and I am thinking the chemicals they use are affecting a lot which is why it is important for dentist to take that more seriously. I would not recommend getting fillings due to my experience. read more

They met with me and helped me schedule an appointment in a timely manner. I was in for my checkup within just a few days. My appointment visit was amazing.
