Well to start off you better plan on waiting well past your appointment time to be seen and then plan on waiting in the chair for a while to finally see the dentist. He's actually nice however Vicki the office manager and in charge of billing is rather rude and she doesn't try to help at all. The dentist was going to do something for free and she absolutely blew up and said no way are we doing anything for free! She's his wife by the way. I don't recommend this establishment based on The unprofessionalism of Vicki and the waiting time. read more

I was referred in 2009 to this office and since then Man Chau continues to be our dentist. He will make you feel very comfortable and is super honest. My whole family comes here. I only had a 15 minute wait time and the office staff was very nice. I went in to fix my dentures, in which I expected not to have them for at least a week. And, to my surprise, it would only be a couple days. The Denist and staff were very nice and extremely helpful. I will recommend the practice to all my co-workers. The care they give is a cut above. I've been going to this place for about 3-4 years. The doctor is amazing ! Buuut his wife I believe at the front counter is disgustingly rude. I had to cancel and re schedule my apt twice because LIFE, & when I tried to make another apt for my yearly checkup she said " are you really coming , cause you had an apt and didn't come" she gives the worst attitude. & when the doctor had to put a partial dental she insisted on me getting the more expensive treatment and I told her several Times I wanted the inexpensive partial, and she caught an attitude and said we'll I have to check with your insurance... Love this office ! My children are not afraid to come to the dentist. Staff is very nice with my whole family never have to wait when arriving for our appointments. All same day, they get my whole family in and out . Very friendly to my kids which I can't stress enough! They praise em for having good teeth and kindly let us know when we should take away from sugar xD They always let me in with my children I never have to wait outside or leave them alone. They put kiddy shows to distract them and even conversate. Also my kids love getting new toohbrushes whenever we visit ! Lol Highly recommend. read more

Went in today for an extraction and a filling. I have anxiety about dentists baaaaaddd! And of course right on time before my extraction I had a full on anxiety attack! (Tears and all) Dr. Chau was awesome! He helped me through my attack, calmed me down and brought back my confidence in dentists. I wish he was my Lamaze coach! I had seen this dentist before and he recommended that I have two teeth extracted. I did that. I returned to the office to have continued care and to have further planning. I had a scheduled appointment. I showed up, 3 minutes late. They asked if I was there for a cleaning. I said no, it is only October and I have already been billed for 2 cleanings this year, so I needed him to check my mouth where the teeth had been pulled and evaluate where we were at. The receptionist explained I would not be seeing the dentist today, that her ofc. manager had instructed her to tell me to follow up with the oral surgeon. The oral surgeon was done. I was almost all healed up. There was no "follow up appointment" scheduled with the surgeon & there wouldn't be. I wasn't happy with the surgical experience and would rather follow up with my Dentist anyway. So, I showed up for my appointment and they wouldn't let me see the dentist. They told me, "it isn't that we won't see you. But, we won't see you or schedule an appointment for you to see the dentist here." I was told the office manager would return in an hour and I could call then and talk to that person. I have two types of dental insurance and haven't batted an eye at paying for my dental needs. Ever. I have never been treated like this in my whole life. I guess business is so good they can pull stunts like this and feel okay about it. Be aware, you will get nice cleanings here, if you can see the dentist. But, it seems that is the extent of the care available at this dental office. "Negligence is the failure to give proper care in doing something." Referring me to another dentist then refusing to give me further care after that seems like the definition to me. The week before Christmas, I shattered my front teeth the top ones. They took me in right away and the Dr made me something to fix temporarily. He made them on the spot. Two weeks later my temps were ready. Two weeks after that my crowns were ready. The office staff and the Doctors assistants were all very professional. My crowns are a perfect match. Came here for routine cleaning after years and years of putting it off but im so happy with my experience here! Staff was very welcoming when i am in and i was greeted with amazing customer service. I made an appointment last minute and they were so kind to fit me in the next day. Very professional staff and a very clean and sanitary office! Cleaning was quick and thorough and i usually get sore gums and teeth after a cleaning but i felt fine after. She was not too rough with the cleaning! The actual dentist was good,his wife that's at the front counter very rude I had to miss an appointments due to me being in the hospital having a stillbirth and having medical complications dying basically and so I couldn't call and say hey I'm not going to make it to my appointment.So I'm leaving and have to check out and make another appointment she's like are you going to really come because you made an appointment and didn't come.I explained to her many times that I was in the hospital dying and she just couldn't understand or comprehend it no compassion.Horrible experience I feel completely horrible and embarrassed that I really had to explain to her in front of everyone multiple times. read more

Don't go here, they're incompetent and rude upon the first x-rays he left me very confused when he said you can get a root canal or extraction he did a full set of X-rays close up x-ray but he failed to tell me the tooth next to it was also infected and that I have multiple cavities how could they do X-rays and not tell you everything they find? read more

Just had the worst experience of my life here. I have a molar that needs a root canal. These incompetent Dr. Just put through a nightmare and I am in twice as much pain for the trouble! I was told Saturday the there was to much infection and needed to see a specialist. But this group said they could do it and that they had an endodontist, Lie!! Then after they could not get the tooth numb and I had tell them enough the horrible office manager harged me 73 dollars. Not one dentist that I've been to or spoke with regarding this issue has charged me for an xray of one tooth and a consultation. I when I said it was wrong she tried to say it's like construction you don't just go look at a job before you do it for free, WRONG AGAIN, EVERY CONTRACT WORTH HIS LICENSE GIVES FREE ESTIMATES!! THESE PEOPLE ARE INCOMPETENT WITH NO COMPASSION AND APPARENTLY MONEY HUNGRY! Do not male the same mistake I made in trusting these people. The main dentist new there was to much infection and told me I would probably need to go home with antibiotics and the "endodontist" kept pushing and trying to get me to keep using mouth as a pin cushion. Now it feels like I got punched in jaw over and again! I cannot stress this enough do not trust this group!! read more

The actual dentist does a great job with his actual dental work not gonna lie. How ever, the lady you gotta deal with on the phone I'm assuming his wife from the comments is very rude. She's really snappy and doesn't want to help you out at all with any concerns literally lacks all communication and customer service skills. She's really mean and has zero compassion or personality. I'm just being 100 percent honest here. The dentist also had a bad vibe if I'm being honest. He comes off kinda snobby and also seems to lack communication skills. Again, 100 percent serious here no lies no bitterness. I've just had way nicer dentists and service in the past. This place did great at the actual dental work but I do not believe it's worth being treated like your below them. It's kind of ridiculous like the reason a business is running is because we pay them for service. You'd imagine they'd be friendly not stuck up and rude. I have plenty of money for all my dental work I've ever needed and I expect to at least feel comfortable. I really didn't at all though because of mean comments they kept making and how snappy the wife was. I mean not even playing I think this place had the worst communication skills I've ever experienced. The husband and wife literally don't care at the end of the day. I guess if you are a regular patient who gives them lots of money you'll be fine but besides that I believe they treat most like crap. Not a good experience here being a first time patient. I was brought back to one of the rooms by a man who just began working in my mouth. I did not know whether he was a technician, receptionist, or dentists because he did not introduce himself nor did he state what he was going to do. It was my fault for not saying something earlier, however as a new patient I should of had x-rays and a full exam before any procedure is to be performed. I am unaware of how this facility practices, but I have been to enough dental offices to know that this was not the right way to operate. It left me questioning how did he know I was even the right patient or if the right procedure is being performed. My thought while he was in my mouth was that he was doing some pre-prep evaluation before the dentist even came in. However he was actually scraping and drilling into my teeth and gums. I finally stopped him, after it was hurting so bad and asked him if this the way this office operates because I didn't even get an exam done first, plus I didn't even know his name or who he was. The only response he gave me was " oh my name is Tom, sorry." " Everyone is busy so I am just cleaning your teeth." Ummm all I can say is "WTF?!" This is not how this works, especially for new patients. I saw the same routine with the other medical staff as well. They do not introduce themselves nor do they explain to you why they are there and going to do, unless you ask them first. After this experience, I can see the importance of assuring that the patient is comfortable and is well aware of everything that is going on to help ease any anxiety or answer any questions. You have to advocate for yourself and speak up when things do not feel right, and this visit did not feel right. Lesson learned for me. read more
