Her fee was about 15% more expensive than others I called, so I went with her because 'what you get is what you pay for.' We met to review my employment history & goals for approx 1 hour. A few days later she requested I answer 11 detailed questions. I briefly pushed-back because from my perspective, I felt she had enough information (2 resume's, 3 job descriptions, and a 1 hour interview). I submitted the detailed information 1 week later in bullet format. I was surprised to receive the final document because at least 80% of the final resume' was word-for-word taken identically from my work-even the bullet short-hand was not changed, just separated by commas. When I sent an email expressing my concern she said her work invested was in the organization & formatting of the final document. This did/does not sit well with me. Long story short: she was nice, mostly professional, and responsive. I can not use the resume' she submitted and will either re-write myself or hire another business.
